    I sent a message to the manufacturer seeking replacement instructions, but have never received a response. As an electrical safety engineer, I decided to turn on the lights and see if I could identify the problem. After cutting a hole in the base of the lamp, I found that the solder joints on the printed circuit board had cold contacts (poor electrical connections). The two leads of the high-voltage capacitor are both cold connectors, and one lead of the capacitor is completely loose and stuck in the air. I will never purchase products from this company again.

As other critics have said, it's small, but I think they're picky, but that's not the case. It's like the size of my palm, if you want to buy something cool, buy a bigger size. Additionally, what made SUCKED feel bad was that when I first used it, I let the ball glow overnight, and I think the lighting is very poor now. Just like it's not so bright, when you touch it, the string doesn't really follow your touch like a plasma ball. Maybe I left it on for too long, or it's just terrible< (What I mean is that I don't mind the poor quality of the plastic, but by the way, it's of poor quality and looks like something you got in Party City)

    It looks fantastic, my 14-year-old grandson really likes it. This is his Christmas gift, I bought it in September. It worked for 4 days and then completely stopped, even when plugged into different sockets. He didn't keep it on all the time, so this is not 'fatigue'. My return deadline has expired in October, so I am unable to return the item. So I bought him a new plasma ball, it's not fancy and the effect is very good. He still uses his dragon plasma ball as a 'cool decoration', even though it doesn't work. So I don't think this is a complete waste of money.

    We ordered this for my 7-year-old son. He is glad to have it. On the day it appeared, he turned it on and plugged it in, turned on the switch, and waited for it to light up. Nothing happened. He tapped it in different places to see if it was helpful, but it didn't help at all. The size of the ball is smaller than we imagined, but the dragon body around it is cool. The box says that if there are any issues, you can contact the company, but there is no email address, phone number, or website, so we have decided to return the item. We will search for another cool and possibly larger plasma sphere.

    The unit itself is great. It's more pink/orange than I expected, but it still looks great. So far, my only complaint is not about myself, but a warning to others. This is just a display unit! It is not something you can give to anyone or wear around young children. It is a bare glass ball without rubber protection to prevent dropping or insulation. If you place your finger on it or put the ring too close, it will start to burn. The arc does not appear large enough to cause a fire, but it is very hot when it is generated.

This is not the fault of the seller or the plasma ball itself, but rather because my little cat thought the flickering light in the dark was a great toy and then crashed it onto the floor, shattering it< These are all great, they are cool decorations, and the two I bought have not been damaged or lost anything. I really want to give this 5-star rating, but the only reason I can't do it is because the first one I bought must have used poor quality glass, as the bottom of the globe can make a harsh sound at any time when the plasma ball is opened and touched< The second one I bought didn't have this situation at all, but it made the touch less pleasant because it would give me a headache. Otherwise, I would love it!

My stove and light were broken, but I fixed them and started working again. For such a small matter, it needs to consume a large amount of current. We opened it again and it felt terrible to use. If you touch one of its places for about 5 seconds, it will start burning your fingers and make a cracking sound. We wore it for a total of 10 minutes, and before we even touched it, it started to heat up. My son finally turned it off, saying he didn't dare to play with it because it was too hot. After reviewing the comments, I saw at least two different people saying their explosion, and I was glad he turned it off and came to me immediately. Obviously, a child had glasses in their eyes due to this incident and went to the emergency room. I will return this item immediately. When it fails, notice a hot spot on the lower left side, so assume it is a short circuit. Contact , they replaced it within 2 days. Now, the substitute has also experienced similar malfunctions, appearing to have almost no power and the hotspot is located in the exact same location. In both cases, the packaging was not damaged, but who manufactured it requires better quality control.
