    The first one has arrived. It seems to fit well, and the valve works well during snorkeling, but I retracted it because the leg strap in the picture is missing, even though the vest has a buckle attachment for losing the leg strap. It looks like a vest can indeed be ridden, so shoulder straps can be very useful< Return the first item through for replacement. Once again, the second vest lacks leg straps. I must decide whether to keep it or return it and find a different jacket vest.
