    My 3-year-old child received this on his third birthday in October. She liked it for about a week, but didn't play much. On the first day, she somehow scraped up the screen, making it difficult to see the display clearly. These songs are cute and catchy, but after a while they become very annoying, to the point where even children stop playing. Good luck to consumers.

    My baby just can't get enough of my phone, so I want to give it a try before she destroys it. Unfortunately, this cannot replace her desire to play with my phone, as both her face and buttons will light up. If the screen and buttons light up, I think it will have a chance because it does have buttons, and they have a great button feel that she likes to press for a few minutes, but she will feel bored because it doesn't look like she's doing anything. In a dimly lit room, you can't even see the monochrome graphics on the screen. From the description, I also thought it might summon her Violet LeapFrog dog (her favorite toy) and interact with it, but that's not the case. The meaning of sending and receiving messages from Violet is that it plays fake pre recorded messages from Violet, but the sound doesn't even match. I'm not saying I hate this toy or feel cheated, but I think LeapFrog (one of my favorite baby toy companies) will do a great job of making the screen and buttons light up. If it really sends RF or IR messages, wakes up the dog Violet and responds in some way, that would be really cool, and I would be happy to pay extra for that feature. There is still ample space in the market to provide a good phone for babies, as I am very certain that my baby is not the only one I have to pry open my phone from before she destroys it:)

    My daughter received this toy on Christmas Day in 2011. It is less than one year old. My daughter is 18 months old and recently rediscovered this toy at the bottom of one of her toy boxes. The battery needs to be replaced, so I replaced it with a brand new battery, but found that the image on the display screen is indeed valid, but the sound is not. To be frank, sound is the reason why this toy is so outstanding. For an 18 month old girl, she wants to hear songs and other sounds. Not only does she seem indifferent to the images on the screen, but I'm not sure if she noticed them. I called LeapFrog's customer service and the lady I was talking to didn't give me any advice except for cleaning the battery area (I did it, it was very clean at the beginning). This toy is out of warranty, all she can give me is a 15% discount on their website. I am very disappointed because my daughter likes this phone (even if it doesn't work) and the price is cheap enough to replace it, but I don't want to do it because I don't want to pay for it again and let it break down again. I think it would be great if you had this toy and it worked, but I am disappointed with our toy and don't believe this is an isolated incident.

    I have some complaints about this toy. Firstly, the screen is very dark and the graphics are primitive - imagine video games from the 1980s. Secondly, there is no way to open the plastic screen to clean underneath. My 16 month old child immediately put it in his mouth. Now, the screen is harder to see through dry saliva. Nevertheless, we have found our purpose in this toy. It's very cheap, and my daughter still likes to play with it. However, when it comes to toy phones, she is not picky - if it were something in front of her, she would talk on Lego.

    Our baby likes this thing, but she definitely hasn't given up taking our phones from us. I hope she finds it more interesting, but it's cute. I hope as she grows older, she will learn to play with it better. I really like LeapFrog's product, but it doesn't meet their normal standards of excellence. My Pal Violet is only slightly more than this project and has more entertainment value (although obviously, if you are looking for an irreplaceable phone).

This is not a bad toy, but personally I just think it's too simple to capture her attention for more than a month. I also received Weiyida slides and a playback phone as gifts. That one is harder to hold, but I suspect that in the long run, it will make the baby more interesting.

After the first leak, we cleaned the battery box with alcohol on q-tips. But since then, it has not worked and the new battery will leak< These batteries come from a large package of branded batteries, none of which have leaked in any other device. We contacted the manufacturer, but they refused to help or replace anything because it involved a battery leak. Why do they only leak in this device? We are disappointed that this originally great baby gaming phone did not receive better manufacturer support.

I appreciate that the screen is backlit, so she can still see graphics in dark cars or planes. This Play phone has two sound levels, and neither sound is particularly loud - this is a benefit for me, not a negative impact! I have seen many people complain that this toy is too quiet. My husband and I disagree. It's loud enough that our little girls can hear it, and we can hear it from the front seat of the car. Its sound is not annoying, so you may not hear it in a noisy environment. Similarly, we have no complaints about this. I like it has several interactive games on it. Now that we have returned from our travels, we have restricted its use to cars, and toddlers still insist on playing with it all the time.

    Based on all the wonderful reviews, I bought this for my 1-year-old Christmas and I'm a bit disappointed about it. It's very cute because she likes to steal my phone, I thought she would like it. She hardly plays it and has no interest in it. I like glowing screens and dynamic pictures of violets. When you press a number, it will say the number and display it along with that number of objects on the screen, but if you press the same number again, it will only do the same thing< If it spelled the number and showed how to spell it, that would be great. It's boring that each number only does one thing. It would be even better if it counts to that number when displaying the quantity of objects to enhance the counting. When she plays it, she likes to press the call button to make the phone ring, or press the music button to make it sing some songs. Overall, this is a cute toy, but the game options are limited and she doesn't seem interested in it. I do like volume control, so it won't be too loud or too annoying.

I just hope it will warn you when the battery is low. For fun, we added an old phone case inside with a little earthquake putty on top. In my time, toy phones had wheels and a rope to pull them, as well as a silly face. I still can't figure it out. This is much better. Great little gaming phone, suitable for any child.

This is the closest model I have found to a real phone< It can speak in English, has a flash, sound, and even comes with a USB (second as a backup) that can be charged like a real phone. Charging only takes 10 to 20 minutes! She is enhancing her sports and listening skills, playing music, and getting a lot of fun from this $8 phone. A challenge gave the baby 3 chances to find the correct color. Three wrong guesses, it says, 'What a pity! It makes us laugh every time we hear it!'

He really likes it and is happy to slide it into his coat pocket to carry with him. The customer service is excellent. No problem, the replacement speed is very fast. There are few explanations, but once the switch is found and charged, it is easy to use.

    My 13 month old child kept snatching my phone and taking it flying, and eventually threw it away. I bought this for him, so he thinks he has his own. Now, it has fully achieved my purpose of purchasing it. There should definitely not be a way to adjust the volume. The speaker seems to be right where you hear it over the phone. My son would lift it up as if he were speaking, and if the music was on, it seemed too loud to me. I'm not sure if I missed something to adjust the volume, but for me, this is the only flaw.

In the second second second, the light stopped working, and on the third day, the phone ran out of battery completely. Don't waste your money.

A few minutes later, the light went on and off again. It won't charge. Now it says it's suitable for children aged 3 and above, but when I purchased it, it said it's 18 months and above. Even stating 18 months or more. It's not worth spending too much money on this so-called paid phone.

    One of the devices has a broken screen. One age is 18 months, and then it is said to be 3 years old. bitter disappointment

    My children love this! They finally stopped:) My iPhone is gone. I eventually bought a third one for one of their friends, which kept them busy for at least 30-1 hours. Although the sound is a bit loud, besides that, it's great!
