    Only used the earphones for 1 day and the left earphone stopped working. It sounded impressive but within 24 hours it stopped working for no reason. From that day on, it no longer works. I mean, the quality is just average.

    Due to its relatively smaller size than previous versions (K23 model vs T19 model), the earbuds stay more secure in my ears during extreme activities (at least for me). Please consider: if you have larger than normal ears, your own results may vary.

    I use these while walking my dog, 3 times a day, they are comfortable, the case shows charging status, pairs, connects easily when taken out, turns on, turns off when returned, very convenient, clear sound, but no dock, not very disappointed, if the dock doesn't matter then everything else is great 24/27/6 The company contacted me right away which was great, asked to explain my review, which I did and asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement, I was impressed that they responded so quickly, I said I would give them a second chance in a day and a half. I have a new set of earbuds and they sound much better than the original set, I thought the customer service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend had an issue and they fixed it right away. No questions, no hassle.

    Bought these emd May. Two days ago one bud stopped working completely. So there's been a month. Clean reset pairing but nothing worked. Charging indicator light not working but I see they still have a lot of battery life. Return window closed
