In addition, the package was indeed delivered in two installments. Very easy to assemble, my husband's L5 intervertebral disc has been a problem for many years and he refused surgery, so this was purchased to help with back massage after standing all day at work. He really likes this.

    It's been over a month now, and I've only used it about 10 times with my girlfriend. The legs are the best part, but the upper body is basically non-existent, overall it is a decent space pig. I won't recommend it to anyone unless you just want to take care of your lower body. In addition, shoulder airbags are very weak and they hardly squeeze you, making you feel like they are a cheap product. For the price, this is understandable, but it just doesn't seem to bring you that much profit. However, for everyone, this is just my opinion.

If you don't place the pillow on the back roller, the back roller will scratch your back. I think you're getting old or just someone who doesn't want bruises on your back, so I would avoid using this chair. I think it's best for us to only buy a vibrating lounge chair. It is also very difficult to use Bluetooth independently when you have two Bluetooth devices< Save your money.

The only downside is that I am 6 feet 4 inches and my wife is 5 feet 4 inches, and we both agree that the neck massager cannot massage our necks very well. The shoulder/back roller hit the middle of the head to the bottom of the skull. The control does not have backlight to view the control. I do like that you can manually select the content you need. I like airbag compression! If I had to do it again, I would save more time to buy a drum that you can adjust the height of.

I was even at home, but they didn't even honk their horns< I only have 5 feet, I can take it out together. The air cushion should not reach my shoulders. If I sit on a low pillow, my arms will not be able to touch the cushion. Foot massage extends, so it works for me and my 6-foot husband (the gift is for him). He took off the backrest cushion because he thought it prevented the roller from really contacting the muscles - I found it too painful, but due to the size difference, it also didn't roll in the same position on my back< So far, he really likes it - we will see how often he uses it regularly< Update: If you are 5 feet 1 inch or shorter, your arms and shoulders are useless. You must sit on the pillow, otherwise the rear roller will get stuck on the back of your head, making it impossible for your arms to reach the armrest. My shoulders are not wide enough, and the shoulder airbags cannot catch me. The foot rollers and calf airbags are great, although the waist and back have not reached the correct position, the feeling is still very good. I hope the speaker is on the headrest, but I prefer zero gravity and a heater. I use it at least 3 times a week

This is where the complement stops< Comfort: Oh my< Rollers: They do not adjust up/down, so you must reposition your body to reach the correct position. If you don't do this, they will get hurt. I am 5 feet 11 inches tall, and my lower back is massaged with a roller, while my upper back is massaged with a roller without any massage. I have to move to get my shoulders or neck. In the zero gravity position, the lower roller is very painful, piercing my body like a toothpick. The foot roller actually did nothing. The leg section is spring-loaded, which means you must apply pressure downwards to slide it down. This kind of pressure is necessary throughout the entire process. It won't lock in place, so it's the opposite of relaxing< Airbag: Although airbags exist, they are useless. The arm airbag will not actually compress your forearm. The hip airbag will not come into contact with anything. The calf airbag only works when the calf muscles are large. The shoulder airbag hardly touches my shoulder, which is very wide< Sound system: It has a Bluetooth speaker, but it is located at the bottom of the chair at the head level (most people sit on massage chairs). The sound is decent, but lacks clarity.

We have checked the dimensions on the specification sheet and believe that it is suitable for this chair. We were wrong. His shoulders are not suitable, and his head is sitting above the top of the chair. He looks very uncomfortable in the chair. The attempt to return the chair was not smooth. Firstly, the box arrived in a tattered state and was left in the snowdrift in front of our garage. Fortunately, the chair itself is in good condition and not damaged. We cannot use that box for repackaging and returns. If you wish to return the item, you must pay the shipping fee in advance and there will be caviar. If the chair is in poor condition, they may not provide a full refund. We have tried multiple times to call the customer service hotline for this chair manufacturing company, but no one answered. We actually just want to see if they have a bigger chair, our plan is to buy a second chair because it works well for my smaller frame. However, as they are not answering the phone and I am not satisfied with their delivery or return process, we will find a second chair elsewhere.

    I initially liked this chair, but as it was still under warranty, it began to make moaning sounds. I contacted the seller and attempted to initiate a service call. I received instructions to dismantle the components of the chair, take photos and send them to them, and I did it. I finally realized that the seller dragged out this trick to make me feel frustrated, so I gave up. A series of emails and photos were sent to them, but they did not follow up at all. I did not attempt to arrange a service call, nor did I explain why they asked me to dismantle the chair, which is clearly not only within the factory warranty period, but I also purchased an extended warranty provided by through Asurion. If you expect them to fulfill any warranty, then purchasing from Elenker (seller) is very risky< Buyers, be careful!!

I could have bought the same type of chair for less money< Unable to turn off Bluetooth on this chair. Therefore, it sometimes links to nearby devices and suddenly starts playing sound. The seller responded and suggested either providing me with a replacement motherboard or disabling Bluetooth on the current motherboard, and I chose the latter. The seller has provided a refund of $100 for the lack of this feature< Considering its weight and the inconvenience we have experienced in moving and installing it, we will not return it. But I just want to leave this comment as a warning to future buyers. I hope you find it useful.

From the moment I saw the "American Design" statement on the side of the box, I knew I had made a terrible mistake. Assembling is not difficult, but it requires some operation, lifting, and placing on the floor to see the connection. Once it starts and runs, the situation will only get worse. The motor on it buzzed, giving me an instant headache. I'm not joking. Wearing it for more than a while can cause physical pain. The arm and calf airbags that were supposed to compress the limbs were almost not inflated. The remote control didn't actually do anything I could distinguish, except for turning off and turning on the device< Then there is the absurd thing, which is to return this piece of garbage. In a warehouse in California, there were rough instructions to mail the chair to "Vick" without a surname or company name, purely for the pleasure of repackaging the item and delivering it to UPS. Unfortunately, the control device is not a panel like the one shown in some photos, but a wired controller, and when it arrived, the screen was severely damaged. However, I cannot blame the company for this; That is likely the company that transported it< However, the manual is almost useless and seems to indicate a model that is different from the one I received; However, assembly is not so difficult, and despite the broken screen, control is still effective. Besides the poor quality of Bluetooth speakers, it can also meet your expectations For a product priced at $1100. I'm glad they chose to do it this way instead of sending me the parts for self repair. For this reason, my rating has been changed from 1 star to 4 stars< Within the first month, the neck massager almost stopped working. When it really works, the mechanism on the right side of the neck massager begins to make terrifying sounds, as if it skipped the track it should have opened and eventually became completely out of sync. That being said, I just sent a message to the company and we will see how they respond. If they send me a new upper institution instead of my chair, I will change my rating. I've heard of nightmares about returns, and it seems like it can be easily unplugged and unscrewed/screwed in, so I hope that's the case. I will update my comments accordingly.

The voice prompt of the chair keeps on and starts the chair even without anyone speaking! We had to unplug the chair in the end because it was driving us crazy! I had to push back hard to feel the roller, but the manual said not to do so, so it didn't achieve its purpose. But it works fine, and if it massages my scapula, I would love it even more. It also points out that it is suitable for people under 6 feet, my friend is 6 feet tall and he cannot fully stretch his legs. The airbags feel great on my legs, arms, and thighs, but I'm not wide enough to feel the shoulder bags. My next purchase will be a chair that I have actually sat on before making a decision.

    Update (October 2022): As I mentioned below, the chair broke down after 3 weeks. The seller did respond to my message in a timely manner, but it took a long time to resolve the issue. They want a lot of pictures and problem descriptions. Then he sent me a replacement motor unit, but asked me to install it, which was too complicated and time-consuming for me. I suggested hiring someone to repair it, but they only sent me a new chair in the end, and now it looks very good. The seller did fulfill the warranty, but it took 4 months (6 months after purchase) to get a solution. This is because the seller is located (I assume) in China< Update: My chair broke down after 3 weeks. I contacted the company for repairs. They sent me 4-5 instructions on how to fix it (which required me a lot of time and effort, including making error videos). Finally, they said they would send me a faulty component. Waiting for 7-8 weeks for shipment. Finally arrived, and they sent me a video link showing me how to carry out repairs, which are very complex and require a lot of time and professional knowledge. I told them that they need to send someone or hire someone to repair it. They refused. I won't buy this. This is Chinese garbage! I wish I could give it a "0" star< I have been using this chair for about 3 weeks now and I often use it. Recently, I have started to feel back pain (sometimes very severe). I have been trying to use it to alleviate my pain, but it seems that my problem is bigger than what mechanical equipment can solve. Therefore, my use of the device is limited to this issue. I don't really see it as a means of relaxation, so I can't speak about it. I believe my problem is a problem that no massage chair can help solve - a problem that may require treatment (perhaps surgery). I can say that this chair is very detailed in providing massage services. My only complaint is that this machine comes with very poor instructions on how to use the chair (i.e., instructions on how to use the control panel). You just need to try all the different options and figure out what all the buttons do through tracking and errors.

The large box contains the base of the chair, a small bag with three large screws, and an instruction manual. The smaller box contains side pads and 6 springs< There is nothing in the manual that tells you the installation position of the spring. Save you a lot of time and trouble, and have a chair in a place with poor air circulation; Remove the spring and place it into each colored air tube on the side pad. We discovered this after assembling the chair, and there is no air circulation on one side of the chair. When connecting the side pad, the air tube is compressed and closed. My husband has worked in many repair shops before, and he is sure that's why there are 6 springs in the small box with pillows. When chairs are transported, they may be inside the air duct and fall out during transportation< Next, make sure the pins in the electrical connections are straight, and then insert them into the side of the main part of the chair. Our plugs are bent, and we didn't notice when we forcefully inserted them into the plugs. Therefore, the chair cannot work. We straightened the pins and carefully inserted them into the connection above the air duct on the side of the chair< Now is a good time to ensure that the chairman has power. Insert the touch screen. There is a plug on the seat cushion that connects to the main frame. Make sure to connect them together before inserting and opening the chair< Before inserting the two screws into the side pad, please ensure that everything is functioning properly. We disassembled this chair three times before everything worked properly< Sorry, there are no actual photos of the air ducts and electrical connections, but I really don't want to open the chair again to take photos of the actual components< The last thing that makes assembling this chair easier is to find the two holes on the pillow where the screws are inserted and make sure they are clearly open for easy installation of the screws. We tried to force them in through materials, but they didn't go in. We cut the hole and the screw was easily screwed in< We are very satisfied with this chair. I hope it can continue to be effective for many years< There are three things to pay attention to when assembling chairs: 1 Place the spring into the air tube on the side pad< Before connecting the small power plugs on the side cushions to the chair body, please ensure that their pins are straight< 3. Find the holes for inserting the two screws on the side pad. If they are not exposed, use a small sharp knife to cut them open< Remember, good luck to you. We all rely on you!

The few things I have encountered are that compared to other chairs, the Zero G function does not tilt as it should. The neck massage is not aligned with my neck, so it won't massage it. Bluetooth speakers are very lackluster, they should get rid of this feature or upgrade their speakers because no one will use them to produce sound.

    I like zero gravity mode for massage chairs with reasonable prices. However, it may not be suitable for people with smaller body sizes. I am 5 feet 8 inches tall and weigh 125 pounds, but I find this chair too big for me. I use seat cushions on the chair, which makes it better, and even then I don't feel the pressure of most airbags. My partner is taller than me and likes this chair< A tip: Inserting a piece of paper between the control panel and its bracket can prevent it from creaking during the massage process.

Massage is really helpful for my upper back and lower neck problems. I'm not sure if it's because it's difficult for me to massage, but I have to remove the lid to access its important parts. It's not a big deal for me because I just wear a leather jacket to get the right amount of pressure without getting my skin caught< I like the anti gravity and heat functions because they are particularly good at relieving the burden on my feet after a hard and stressful day's work. The leg/forearm airbags are very effective for me, but as someone who is 5 feet 10 inches 180 pounds thin, these airbags hardly touch my buttocks/upper arms. My wife is even slimmer, only 5 feet 7 inches, so it's no big deal for her to accept hip/upper arm bags. I guess this will be the same fir tree, any massage chair, because it must try to match all different body types and there is no way to make related fears like these adjustable. A flexible part is the leg section, which can be adjusted according to your leg length< Assembling the products together can be a bit tricky, as you have to try aligning the air hoses while others lift the chair up on both sides. It's tight, but it's feasible to try aligning both sides and inserting the hose at the same time. Additionally, my airbag was not initially inflated< When I called customer service, I first called them to open the door and immediately connected them. The sales representative is very good, they immediately know where the problem lies. It eventually became a loose hose inside the main brain of the chair. It may slip during transportation, but for me, unscrewing the top cover and reinserting it is a simple repair method< This is a great discovery, worth the money!

I requested a refund, but it was refused. They then sent me an unspecified replacement part, which took a month to arrive. I finally figured out how to remove the broken fragments, and I found that all other parts were broken. If you get this chair, please make sure you have some tools and can repair things. I don't think this matter will continue< Update: After fixing the roller issue, the chair is starting to shock us. We felt a slight electric shock on our back and found that one of the wires was also damaged. I contacted the company again to return the chair and was informed that Incoukd did not deduct the $150 shipping fee. I agreed instead of keeping this dangerous chair, but they refused when it was necessary to send a label. I am still trapped in an unusable and dangerous chair. Stay away from this nonsense.

The yellow, blue, and black pipe closers can shorten the length from 1/2 inch to 1 inch for easy installation. After connecting the airline to the connector, one of the wires will loosen at the connection point, and I will have to remove the entire arm to reconnect the hose. It has a pin to pin electrical connection, and you must be very careful not to bend these connectors. In addition to the connectivity issues provided by the chair and excellent massage for the entire body, you can also focus on specific areas such as the feet or neck, back, etc.

Suitable for the functionality we need. The zero gravity function is quite good. The heating option is also great. Took some effort to learn different functions and how to use them. One thing that will be a big improvement is the option to install lights on the mat. When you use a chair to relax, it would be helpful if you have a setting like ours. When using chairs, we prefer dim lighting, so it's difficult to try adjusting settings in dim light when you can't see the cushions/buttons. Overall, this is a great purchase for us.

I have had this chair for about a month now, and I am glad I found it< I am 5 feet 5 inches tall and weigh only 110 pounds, so at least I can say that I have a short stature. The rated weight limit of this massage chair is much higher (about 400 pounds), but larger people simply cannot adapt to it correctly. I have several people with different heights and weights who have tried this chair. Smaller people are more suitable for it. My big friends found that it wasn't wide enough and felt squeezed inside, especially with the shoulder airbags inflated< Now I like the fact that you can turn on or off the chair section of your choice, covering the preset massage settings, but the presets are also very good! My favorite is sleep mode< The rollers are on the track, so they will move up and down along the length of your back and are not fixed like some chairs! The chair massages my neck (trigger point), my back, waist, and even my buttocks, very good! I do have to add some filling in the waist area because I don't have any natural filling of my own, and the roller massages my ribs more actively than I care about. Since I'm not very big, the hip airbags don't quite reach me, but the other airbags feel great< After a bad day, or after my fibromyalgia attack, this chair is a wonderful relief for me< Great purchase! I don't regret it!

    This is an excellent massage chair with a threshold below $1. I am skeptical about spending so little money on a massage chair, but it is definitely worth it. The zero G setting is perfect for helping you use your weight to press on the massage roller. My legs can stretch to accommodate me (6 feet 2 inches) and stand up for my wife (5 feet 5 inches). The digital display screen is easy to use and large enough to easily view what is happening. I haven't used Bluetooth yet, but I will update it when I do. Due to its wheels, it is relatively easy to move. In addition, customer service is also excellent. I will purchase from this company again.

That being said, this is a great massage chair that can relax both body and mind at the end of a long day. Assembly is tricky because the parts are heavy and hidden in the sleeves, but once you find what you need, it's easy to set them up. I am also disappointed that the delivery was made in two separate packages, on two different days that I did not know would happen. I am concerned that the supplier may not be able to deliver the entire product and contacted the seller and before being informed of two separate deliveries. This should be noted at the time of purchase to save time and frustration.

    Firstly, I must say that I am absolutely satisfied with this purchase. I have serious back problems, which is perfect! The roller is very sturdy and can get all the correct positions, including the deep part of the lower back. Most chairs will come to a stop. The pedal roller is a great additional benefit. The zero gravity function has indeed played a significant role in increasing the appropriate amount of pressure and relaxing you during this process. If I have to give an area that needs improvement, it's the airbags. They don't seem to add as much pressure as I want, making my upper shoulders feel unaffected, but considering all other positive factors, it's really just a hair blowing flaw at this point. I hope this will be helpful for your decision and enjoy your future chair.

    Once I assemble this chair and start working, it feels great. Prior to this, when it was delivered, the box was damaged and half opened, leaving the chair exposed. Due to damage to the box, a portion of the leather has been torn from the concrete. The side of the opened box was also muddy and damp, even though it didn't rain on the day I received it. There are no instructions on how to assemble this chair. This is self-evident, I figured it out myself, but it came with some tools and washers, and I don't know where they went because I didn't receive any instructions. I found that this application is easier to control chairs than screens. Besides these things, this chair is very comfortable and great. It is definitely made for smaller people. I am 5 feet 6 feet tall, and I think if you are taller than this, you may not feel so comfortable.

    I am not used to commenting on the products I purchase, but after using my Real Relax Chair for almost two years, I can say that its price is not just for massage chairs. The structure is very good. Beautiful decoration, very comfortable. When I use it, I turn on my Bluetooth, choose a wonderful meditation music, and then enjoy my massage. It helped me relax a lot, making my back (mainly the lower back) feel very relaxed. I believe this is a great massage chair. I hope anyone who needs a good relaxing massage can use one of these true relaxation chairs.

When I write reviews for a product I like, I really like it, but that's me, maybe not you. Therefore, for those who do not like lengthy comments, simply purchasing this chair is worth it< Advantages: It is easy to assemble. My 12-year-old child and I completed it within 15 minutes. Assembling it can also display the fault points to you, which will occur together with the air inflation system. If there is a power outage on one side of your chair, your pump hose will disconnect. Remove the side and insert it correctly, just as you should have done at the beginning. RTFM (you may need to search for this acronym). If you have to check, that's your first question. Reconnect the power supply< Very quiet. You can have a comprehensive massage, and someone can watch TV at normal volume instead of the volume of 'Grandpa Qiao'. It seems that the seller forgot to mention that it was shipped in two boxes. A few days later, the second batch of goods arrived, but it was an unnecessary drama< 2) Weak massage power. About 5 years ago, I purchased a similar chair from Kahuna. It's a bit expensive, but it offers a better massage experience. The airbag feels more like a massage than someone gently pressing your arm or shoulder. Roller massage your buttocks and back, and these sensations feel like sliding< The return process is expensive. If hadn't flashed a 'free return' button that took me to a crashed page and I couldn't see it again when I reloaded, I wouldn't have raised this issue. I do know that this is a large package we sent back, which will cost a little money, but over 25% of the chairs need to be returned, which is really frustrating.

    I am 6 feet 5 feet tall, and I can see that my legs are a bit short by 2-3 inches. There is a gap below the back of my knee because the foot pedal does not descend downwards. However, I have become accustomed to things being short-lived for me. I have to use a 1-foot thick pillow under my head at zero position because I feel like my head is upside down. The best feature is the heat on the back, possibly the heat on the feet. I like the A3 setting. You can focus it on one part of the body, such as the legs or torso, but have never seen its purpose. I want it to spread throughout my body now< I hope it can run for more than 30 minutes. It often makes me sleep well within 15 minutes, but then it stops. I hope it can perform acupressure massage, as it will violently impact the back. All this does is knead. It's too sturdy for me, so I covered it with a blanket at the back. You can adjust the intensity, but I prefer stronger information. Just kneading is like extending the knuckles backwards instead of an open palm. The blanket feels like an open palm spinning in circles, rather than knuckles< I use it about 2-3 times a week for almost two consecutive years, and it still maintains good condition. There was a sudden feeling of 'yielding' in the hip area, which sounded like it was popping out due to the high pressure on my body. Before I did:), it was released, but two years later, it still behaves as it should. I hope to spend another two years. Then I will receive an upgrade, which includes finger massage and thermal therapy packages. If I had money, I would choose this as other reviews suggest - you can get a lot of quality at a lower price. This is the only thing I can find, doing everything I want, and also the biggest frame of my body that I have seen. If you want a cheap and good chair instead of a high-end one, I would recommend it to you.

After multiple emails, they promised to send replacement parts. They have never sent them. I contacted them again; They have never sent them. They give you the illusion of support because they replied to the email, but they actually didn't do anything. Don't buy it< Value for money. The chair functions well. Assembling is more difficult than you imagine. Aligning two bolt holes may be frustrating. I suggest adding two long zip ties on the connectors from each side to the chair body. The connector is too loose to rely on friction.

    When I bought this chair, I loved everything about it, it runs well. Until it broke within 6 months of purchase, I continued to contact customer service and even sent photos of the damaged parts on June 23, 2010. They said they would send new parts. I waited for a while before receiving the new parts, and then contacted them to understand why the new parts did not arrive. They contacted me and said they recognized the problem and would send me a new part. I finally received the new parts on November 30th, 2023, and the chair is working very well. They stated that they will provide more training for new employees to prevent this situation from happening again.

I really enjoyed the massage it gave me initially. Just like it's working hard to learn my body. I want a massage chair because I tried massage chairs owned by family members (different brands are more expensive). I researched this massage chair, which offers similar settings to its competitors, but at a much better price. It is easy to assemble and operate. You can even use the application for operation. The only drawback I see is that the sound from the Bluetooth speaker comes from under the chair, but that's not a problem. I can put on headphones. I like it can be easily moved with two wheels at the back. Overall, I am very satisfied and have been using it every day since I bought it.

    Misleading advertisement as S-Track massage chair, because it is not S-track! I found it strange that when I sat in this chair, it really pushed my lower back hard and relieved the pressure in the middle, and never reached the top of my back. The massager stopped about 1 inch above the bottom of my scapula, and I am 5 feet 10 inches and 155 pounds tall. I started looking around and found that I only needed to unzip the lid to see the inside of the chair. No actual disassembly is required. This makes me curious if any mechanical adjustments can be made to improve the functionality of the chair. I feel very disappointed when I see a simple linear motion bracket, which explains why the pressure on your back is not constant. And the two lower back boxers are too aggressive in terms of position and movement distance. I don't have much buffering 'fat', it almost makes you bruise around the coccyx area, and the carriage won't rise high enough to do anything on the upper back or shoulders. The shoulder and hip airbags don't have enough range or movement to do anything to me, while the leg and arm airbags are great! There is no RealRelax app in the Android store, so you cannot control it using Bluetooth. There are several Bluetooth speakers behind the chair near the floor, which are of poor quality and work as a completely independent Bluetooth connection rather than a controller. Don't misunderstand me, the chair still feels good, but it could be better, and the advertisement is very misleading.

They are very sturdy and can secure you inside, so the complex rollers can truly benefit you greatly. Assembling it is very easy. I spent about 5 minutes. Bluetooth is working properly. The application is running normally. The display screen is working properly. It doesn't look cheap at all. It feels very sturdy. I also use it as a lounge chair in the living room. The benefit of a footstool is that your knees are still bent, so over time, if you keep lying down, your quadriceps will not lose flexibility. If you want to get the same position as a lounge chair, you can place your legs on top of the footrest. The whole thing was also very quiet. I thought the sides were made of plastic, but they are made of leather and look better. One+++

The Bluetooth speaker is great, although I don't use it often because I don't want my family to be disturbed. This chair seems to be suitable for multiple heights because my mom likes to use it, which is about 5 feet 2 feet, while I am 5 feet 11 feet and can comfortably use it myself< The neck part of the massage is a bit lacking in my experience, and I feel that no matter how I sit down, it doesn't hit the correct position. My favorite aspect is compression.

    Firstly, assembling it is a bit challenging. After setting it up, I noticed that there was no backlight on the display panel controlling the chair, so it must be used in a well lit area. About a few weeks ago, when the chair was in "zero gravity" mode, I noticed a clicking sound coming from the neck massager area. I checked the manual troubleshooting section and it indicated that the sudden abnormal sound while working may be from an overworked chair. However, I only sat on the chair for about 10 minutes. The next time I used the chair, it didn't make any abnormal sound. The next time I used it, there was no sound, and then I heard a click and a bang, which I could tell came from the neck massager area. Something must have been broken. I have been sitting on my chair for 4 months now. I spent $899 to replace my old massage chair, which can still be used after more than 5 years of daily use (the cloth on the chair has worn out). I have contacted , and said they We will contact RealRelax (seller)... and see if they have done the job well.

There is nothing on that says that. The transportation tracker didn't say that. So I received my 'package' and asked a friend to come over and help bring it in, and then started organizing it. We quickly realized that we needed a second package. Everything on and shipping (I think it's the FedEx website) says it has been delivered. I submitted a report. Even before the company responded (two days later, the second package mysteriously arrived). Therefore, it would be great to have better communication here. I was a bit stressed because I had been waiting for it, so much so that the next day I really flew out of the state< The second issue: The manual that puts them together is missing all pages except for the outer shell (external pages). hot wire.. It's not that difficult to figure out, but there are 2 extra bolts without clear indication of their positions (I believe they are extra)

    Caution: Make sure you have a second person (one person holding the side, the second person connecting the air hose to the arm)

    Caution: The lower back may be very tense. I like it, but others may need extra padding, especially in zero mode.

    Note: Bluetooth functionality can be a bit frustrating once connected to your phone.
    . You must turn off the basic power of the chair or manually disconnect Bluetooth. Pressing the power button on the chair control panel will not turn off Bluetooth< Product recommendation: The button with backlight on the controller can be placed on things I like< Although I felt sore the first time I used it, I felt great afterwards. I have checked all the wires three times and they are installed correctly, but the heating function is definitely garbage and should not be included as a function< The chair is massaging as a whole, not as big as it looks in the picture< Will I purchase this brand again?     My chair worked for 2 months and then stopped working. Attempting to collaborate with customer service to repair it within the warranty period, they attempted to have me resolve the issue and then wanted to send me a part to replace the device. This is ridiculous. The best part is that they stop replying to my messages, and I am powerless to do anything but watch them steal my money when my warranty expires. If your chair works, that's great, but if it stops, don't expect them to fulfill their warranty. They will only ignore your phone and email.

Many options allow for three completely different body types to feel the maximum effect where needed/desired. Finally, the headrest was removed for a deeper neck massage, and the adjustable up/down pedals were helpful for taller individuals. Overall, this has been done very well in all fields. The pressure of the airbag is good, but the chair I am sitting in exerts greater pressure on my calves and arms; This provides milder pressure than actual squeezing. Since its arrival, three people at home have been using it every day, and we all love it. We read a lot of reviews before purchasing this product. Within the price range we are concerned about, it seems to be the most favored, and I agree with the high praise for this product. However, I found that the upper part is a bit short, causing some discomfort for tall people as the head often tilts backwards, leading to neck fatigue rather than relaxation. I don't do that. I have been working in the IT industry for 30 years. She said that the Android application is broken and there is no expected arrival time. Hmm, grrr!! However, I do like this chair. Not feeling cheap or fragile as expected. It can be easily assembled in about 30 minutes after delivery. The packaging is intact and undamaged. Quite heavy and clumsy, but suitable for passing through doors. I like to get the content and website+instructions included in the advertisement, and connect your Android through Bluetooth They fixed it and it will change my rating.

Perhaps if I were 5 feet 10 feet or 5 feet 11 feet, it would. Overall feeling disappointed; Not enough, I don't want to return it. I think I have a fantasy about what it will look like, so maybe my expectations are too high, but none are just right. For each part, I have to readjust my position to benefit from it. I don't understand high ratings and high ratings unless these people are of perfect size and know exactly what will happen, or there are other reasons. I think you need to spend a few thousand dollars more to buy a good machine. I usually don't write reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to do so because I believe most consumers, like me, naively view things they won't buy at a good price. As for the price, if you purchase a warranty, it is $100, including tax, and your total price exceeds $1000. Everyone is talking about how cheap this price is. I can't see anything cheap about it unless you have money. If you have money, you would buy a better machine. For me, $1000 is a large sum of money. If I could use it as a lounge chair, I would be very satisfied. But you can't do that either, because the rollers will poke your back, and if you lie against them for too long, they will hurt your back. Your feet and legs will be trapped in something that looks like a broken leg clamp, and you won't be able to move your legs, especially your calves, because when the machine is turned on, they are in the squeezing device. This is another reason why it cannot be used as a leisure chair. I think it would be wise to return it, but perhaps if I keep it, I will get used to it. I still have a few fitness equipment, and the only exercise I get is putting them together; Now I only consider them as expensive hangers.     I do not recommend anyone to purchase this project. I usually give a good review, but based on the manufacturer's customer service, if possible, I will give it a sporadic rating. It has been received, I set it up on the same day, but it doesn't work! I called the manufacturer (waited for 36 minutes on the phone) and sent a YouTube link on how to remove the cover to the motherboard. I was asked to check and see if there were any loose wires, but instead of waiting online with me, I was asked to take a photo of the motherboard and send it to them via email. Someone will contact me within 5 minutes. After waiting for a day without a response, I called back, but gave up after waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes. Call and request pick-up/return, and raise objections to the charges on my credit card< This is unfortunate because I am looking forward to using this chair.

We returned the product through (no trouble) and purchased this dark brown Real Relax. This chair exceeded all my expectations, even more! I like the fact that you can adjust the airbag/massage and foot strength< I fell asleep several times while relaxing on this chair! I strongly recommend it to anyone.     This is the most expensive purchase I have ever made, but I really think it's worth it. By default, there are 15 minutes (which can be increased or decreased) just for stable relaxation. The setup process is also very simple, and moving large boxes is the most difficult part. I set it up myself from opening the box to using it, and it only took about 15 minutes. Another person made it so easy. Highly recommended.

However, what disappoints me is that the armrest of the chair doesn't work at all. I immediately contacted your customer service department for assistance< Initially, I was instructed to send an email to your IT department, and I immediately followed suit. I have been assured that I will receive a response within 20 minutes. It's been two days now, and despite my repeated attempts to follow up, I haven't received any response from anyone at Real Relax yet< This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially considering that I have invested heavily in your product.
