I suggest making some small adjustments to the next model (such as a massage between the shoulder blades), but you will definitely get your money from this chair! If you are looking for an affordable massage chair and want value for money, I strongly recommend this chair.

Since putting it together (now July 2023), we have been using it almost every day, and its work and functionality are perfect! We like to be able to customize our massage using different programs and turn on and off certain functions. In addition, we enjoy the ability to adjust our legs because we all have different heights.     I bought this and used it for a year. I hardly use it because I'm pregnant and it's not very comfortable when I'm not pregnant. Then one day, it suddenly stopped opening completely. Contacted customer service for troubleshooting, no response. It has terrible flaws, is cheap to manufacture, and is not worth the headache at a low price. Trapped on a giant unusable chair worth $800.
