    So small. It says 6 feet 1 inch and 400, I'm 6 feet 350 inches, it can't fit. It's also a nightmare experience! They tried to make me pay to have it shipped back. My arms can't even fit in, the roller can only reach the middle of my back, and it can't even reach my neck. Don't buy a terrible massage chair. Absolutely ridiculous! It is also the worst customer service in history. It comes from a third-party seller, so great, it won't help you with returns.

    There is no problem with the chair itself, but I am about 6 feet tall and the massage roller does not reach all the way to my neck< Be careful when removing from the packaging. If you pull off the backrest of the chair, it may detach the top of the chair from the bottom and cannot be reinstalled< Finally, it is not a chair for relaxing and watching TV. It's just not that comfortable. So I plan to use it as a second lounge chair, solely for massage purposes
