After multiple emails, they promised to send replacement parts. They have never sent them. I contacted them again; They have never sent them. They give you the illusion of support because they replied to the email, but they actually didn't do anything. Don't buy it< Value for money. The chair functions well. Assembling is more difficult than you imagine. Aligning two bolt holes may be frustrating. I suggest adding two long zip ties on the connectors from each side to the chair body. The connector is too loose to rely on friction.

    Firstly, assembling it is a bit challenging. After setting it up, I noticed that there was no backlight on the display panel controlling the chair, so it must be used in a well lit area. About a few weeks ago, when the chair was in "zero gravity" mode, I noticed a clicking sound coming from the neck massager area. I checked the manual troubleshooting section and it indicated that the sudden abnormal sound while working may be from an overworked chair. However, I only sat on the chair for about 10 minutes. The next time I used the chair, it didn't make any abnormal sound. The next time I used it, there was no sound, and then I heard a click and a bang, which I could tell came from the neck massager area. Something must have been broken. I have been sitting on my chair for 4 months now. I spent $899 to replace my old massage chair, which can still be used after more than 5 years of daily use (the cloth on the chair has worn out). I have contacted , and said they We will contact RealRelax (seller)... and see if they have done the job well.

's support remains outstanding as always< The heating function on my chair will not generate heat at least!! I have checked all the wires three times and they are installed correctly, but the heating function is definitely garbage and should not be included as a function< The chair is massaging as a whole, not as big as it looks in the picture< Will I purchase this brand again?
