    I don't like snapshots. They are difficult to use, so I let them fall off the mat. The machine is in timer mode and not locked. The computer unexpectedly shut down during the session. It won't 'remember' the last setting. I thought I would try it on Prime Day, but when I realized I was not satisfied with it, I found that there was no way to return or refund it, nor was there a way to solve the problem or contact the seller. Please do not purchase this product.

What shocked me was that after trying everything (physical therapy, steroid injections, pain cream, etc.), it helped. My sciatica was indeed very mature, and eventually my expensive Tens device died, so I bought this one. It's as good as my expensive unit. I have been using this unit for 2 years and it is still working. I just gave it to a family member with back pain and bought another one for myself< If you have back pain and have not purchased a Tens unit, please purchase it immediately. I have already told about 10 people about these, and everyone bought one. Later, they thanked me. These also apply to pain in other areas. Using this method can help prevent pain while also reducing inflammation and knots that cause pain. Some days, without this, I couldn't stand up, and it took me through that day< What I like about this device is that it can be charged for a long time, the device can choose to use 2 sets of pads at once, the pads are stuck, so you can easily get a replacement, and the device is small enough that I can put it in my pocket and take it out without anyone knowing. The only thing I don't like is that these modes feel more "stinging" than "massage". I found that the mode in the bottom right corner is my favorite< I really think this is the best $30 I've ever spent in my life!

After seeing a spinal masseur, they used a larger system on my neck and lower back, and based on the functionality of this model, I decided to purchase this Tens< I usually use it on setting 4 to get good deep muscle massage in stiff areas and increase pressure for a good impact on the muscles. When you experience general muscle pain, it is also a great device. I bought another one for my mother who suffers from back pain and leg cramps. I really enjoy using Belifu dual channel!

    I am very excited about this, it runs well and I like all the settings, but it won't keep charging. I took about 20 minutes to remove it and put it away. The next day I went to use it, but it was already dead, so I charged it, thinking maybe I forgot to turn it off. After charging, I used it for about 20 minutes, checked the remaining battery level (the battery meter showed it was still fully charged), turned it off (making sure it was completely turned off), and then put it away. Last night my hand hurt badly, so I took it out, opened it, and it died again. I am very disappointed that in order to use it, I have to charge it directly before use. That sounds good, but when the pain strikes at night and you desperately want relief, you won't consider charging the device for an hour before it can be used.

    This manual is easy to understand. I read it a few times because my main concern was shock. It solves various ways to avoid this situation, so I believe negative comments about this issue are user error< My first experience was great. I am very satisfied with the results. It relieved my back and wrist pain. Usually, for any device with multiple modes, I find myself liking only one of them. This is the second mode for me because others are like electric shocks to me. It feels most like my spinal masseur's machine, emitting continuous pulses< Overall, it was a great experience. In my opinion, it has great power because 1 or 2 grids are equivalent to the strength of my spinal masseur's office (level 12) wrist, and about half of the grids are equivalent to the strength of my back at office level (level 38). Wait and see how it can be maintained in the long term.

I do need to conduct some experiments to find out which mode is most suitable for me, but once I do, this small electric shock device is more effective than the pain relief patch I used before (cheaper and less wasteful). I like its ultra compact design, which is convenient to carry and can easily fit into my carry on luggage. The battery can be used continuously for at least several months after each charge. TLDR: Super Quality, Efficiency, and Value!

It stopped, I know it looks short, okay, it stopped with 20 minutes left, this has never happened before. Set 60 minutes again and stop again when there are 30 minutes left. Turn it off and try again the next day, and the same thing happens. For the price of this unit, it should last much longer than a few months. If you want to have it for many years, please look for another one. I bought another one before this and paid less, more than half of the price. The shipping cost is longer, but it is still very powerful.

    I really want to give this TENS unit 5 stars, but I refuse. As expected, I received the unit very promptly. When I opened the package and read the instructions, it was said that the device needs to be charged for 10 hours before use, but that's okay. So I took out the included charging cable, but there was no charger to plug into the wall. The instructions indicate that do not plug in the computer, but use a 5V 1A wall plug instead. This unit does not have one. I have a few, but their amperage is 2. I lived in a small town until later when I was able to purchase additional wall chargers. To me, this is unfair as it did not mention that the device does not come with an adapter, so an adapter can be ordered from to arrive with this package. I started sending it back, but I will keep it, but I am writing this letter to let others know.

Then I found belifu< For me, belifu is better< You have more modes and better warranty. The mat seems to be more durable, sticky, and has a longer warranty period than dozens of 7000< The belifu comes with a bag that can hold devices, pads, and power cords inside, which is better than a hard box of tens of 7000 because it is more portable<

    Belifu does the same job, the higher the level, the more intense it seems, and the cost is lower than tens of 7000

If you follow the maintenance instructions, the pad will remain sticky for a long time, and the 24 modes provide endless choices for you to exercise your muscles. You can use 6 electrodes at once, and it has multiple settings (I prefer mode 2). They are slim and easy to carry, and I am already able to use them cautiously in public places. I suggest you buy an extra cushion because you will want to use it frequently. I have a spinal issue where my lower back is bone to bone, which reduces my pain, at least for now!     I bought this because I am experiencing severe leg pain and remember receiving electroconvulsive therapy not long ago. This machine is equipped with everything listed and everything seems to be running well. I use this machine at least once a day without any damage. My confusion/complaint is about certain pain suggestion patterns that do not match these patterns and their claimed purposes. Since I bought it for calf pain, it says Mode 5 is the best. However, the recommended massage acupoints introduced later in the manual do not recommend any of the four modes in Mode 5. It didn't prevent me from using this product, but this is an inconsistency that I noticed. Overall, I do plan to purchase a new pad when I run out of it using this kit (as you cannot reuse the same pad more than 15 times), and the kit seems to be worth the money.

So far, I have been using it for several hours and haven't charged it yet. The rubber pads are easy to come off, but they have strong fixing force, so they won't come off. The only thing I need to change is that there is a straight line mode, and you set the milliampere level to keep it in a continuous mode. All modes will ramp up and close and repeat. Not a deal breaker at all.

    This is a great little guy. I am surprised by the power of the settings. If properly maintained, electrode pads can maintain their stickiness well and come in many different sizes. There are also different types of electrodes, 2 groups with 2 leads and 1 group with 4 leads. This means you can really hit the ball anywhere and receive even treatment. I have already used it on my legs, arms, abdominal muscles, back, and even my chin to assist with the temporomandibular joint. So far, there's nothing it can't do, I can feel it jumping. As a supplement to PT and other treatments (depending on what you are currently undergoing), it will immediately restore your business.

They are a different brand, which I don't think is important, but there is a huge difference in the bonding quality of the adhesive pads. The stickers I borrowed from my friend that feel like hospital grade stickers, I have taken them off multiple times and they have never lost even a single stick. I have used these pads twice already, and I will definitely clean my skin with alcohol before applying them. They hardly stick. I noticed that when I used it for the first time, it kept falling off, but now when I use it for the second time, it hardly sticks. I have to constantly push them onto my skin in order to keep them.

    The effect is very good. You must have a certain level of pain tolerance to benefit from it, otherwise it will not have any impact on your muscles. But if you use it frequently, it does help maintain muscle tone and rebuild after injury. The battery life is good after charging. The pad can fit the skin well and can be hand washed.

    I just bought this device because I had a tendon sheath cyst removed from my ankle in September 2022, leaving me with a numb area. My podiatrist recommended using this device to 'activate my nerves' in the surgical area. I have only used it twice, but I can say without a doubt that this device is powerful. I am using it in the first mode, which is for the hand area (lowest), and I feel it I am working and very powerful. I want to start from the bottom (as they recommended) and work in the near future. The cushion is great, and it sticks very well. If you buy it, you won't regret your money. I might add that I am a woman in her forties, and if that helps anyone, my weight is 170 pounds.

There are many different settings for body areas, so it's simple again, but I did read the instructions first.     For the price point, this is unparalleled. Its working principle, as mentioned earlier, can adapt to the weakest pain tolerance and moderate pain. If we can maximize this thing, then our tolerance to electrical stimulation will be very strong. Architecture is where it lacks points. It's very light and feels cheap to hold in your hand. After using it for three days, my button loosened. I don't think this device will suffer accidental drops, as it may shatter into pieces. It definitely needs better construction in order for me to give it 5 stars. Besides... I am still working two months later. It will be safely cut off in about 15 minutes, which is great.

If I take it off, I'll start locking it again. This requires getting used to, but I can quickly adjust it. It fundamentally helped me recover, and I strongly recommend it.

    I received this product as a Christmas gift on December 9th, 2023, so I didn't open it until December 25th, 2023. I have only used my device 3/4 times, and as of March 24th, 2 years ago, it no longer works. I have charged the battery, replaced the charging pad, and ensured a good connection. Of course, the last day I can return the device is January 31st, 2024. For the number of times I am able to use it, it is a waste of money, but when I am able to use the product, it is great. Very disappointed.
