    Skilled at capturing most mosquitoes, but mosquitoes and other pests do not seem to be attracted to it.

    It doesn't work very well at all! There is a mosquito problem around my plant, and I plugged it in, but it didn't help at all.

    This insertion trap does a great job in capturing small indoor insects. I tried another brand that also has blue light to repel insects, but I only occasionally catch a small moth. This sticky trap can capture many things, from mosquitoes to small cockroaches (ew!) and even mosquitoes and flies. There are several in different rooms at home< I did receive a phone that made a buzzing sound. My other people didn't do this, so I suspected it had shorts somewhere, and then I threw it out. I'm worried that if I return it, they will sell it to someone else. Therefore, as a warning, when inserting, it should be 'Complete SILENT'. If it emits a buzzing sound, it indicates that it is defective.

    I have been using this product for 3 days now. After canned tomatoes and grapes in our house for a week, fruit flies and mosquitoes lost control. I saw this and immediately made a purchase. Three days later, it 'trapped' three mosquitoes/fruit flies. At least 10 of them wander around in our sink every day. Light does not 'attract' them, they are just unfortunate insects that fly too close and get caught< Not a fan. The effect of bottled apple cider is much better than this, and I didn't spend anything.

    I spent a lot of money buying a sticky card to stick under the night light. We have mosquitoes everywhere - in fact, there are 100 mosquitoes flying around our kitchen sink. After hanging two stickers next to the sink for a few days, we may have captured 25 of them. Don't waste your money.

    Okay, let's give it a try< We used it in three hotel rooms during our travels in Indonesia and Thailand, for a total of approximately 20 nights. No insects stick to the sticky parts. That night, I killed about 15 mosquitoes with my hands, and usually at 3am, I would be awakened by a mosquito buzzing in my ear< One night, when I woke up, I saw a mosquito standing on the wall next to the trap. I think it was the black light that attracted it. But the trap did not trap it< I like the idea of non-toxic traps, but it doesn't work for us at all.
