    This travel steamship is great. It is lightweight, small in size, and can comfortably fit into a portable travel bag. I received this as a Christmas gift and started using it on my business trip. It will steam my clothes in a few minutes. Unfortunately, I only used it about 4 times, and on the 5th time, I opened it to start spraying water and stopped emitting gas. I gave it a few seconds, thinking it might take some time to cool down, although I'm not sure for what reason, but when I tried to reopen it, it couldn't even open. It seems that the steamer I received has a defect because it only worked 4 times and then it seemed to overheat. I am very disappointed because I like and need this steamer. I hope I can still return the item and get a new one

This shape allows you to better grip the steamer, making it easy to operate. I hope they have rose gold instead of pink, but this is just an aesthetic preference. ha-ha

If you want to use it on something flat, you need to refill it with water every minute or so because the water is drawn from the tank. In addition, anything above the top of the water tank will become very hot - which is interesting because steam is actually not. Absolutely not recommended. Very disappointed.

    A few years ago, I bought a Joy Magano travel steamer. Recently, it finally died, so I bought this iSteam device to replace it. This comment specifically compares the two to others in similar situations< The iSteam device is slightly larger, but still very portable. The length of the wires is roughly the same. The construction quality of iSteam seems to be much better. The iSteam device allows for easier viewing of remaining water levels. Compared to Joy Magano, the disassembly and reinstallation of the water injection device are also more secure; I do feel that I can confidently turn to more extreme angles without the danger of hot water overflow that I have experienced in the past< ISteam heats up to steam level faster, which is really amazing; This actually takes a few seconds. Steam disperses more widely in the horizontal direction, resulting in a lower concentration than Joy Magano, but this may be an advantage or disadvantage depending on your usage. Their wrinkle removing effects are almost identical< Compared to Joy Magano, injecting water into iSteam and pouring out excess water is a painful task because the injection area is a small hole smaller than a penny, but it is only a small inconvenience. The external environment of iSteam also maintains dangerous high temperatures for a long time, so people have to wait longer to place it next to anything that may melt or catch fire< Online, these two devices are almost comparable and look much better than many other options on the market.

I am waiting to use this, and now I have passed the return window for a few days. I'm going to the wedding and really need a steam iron, but having such a failed project is really disappointing.     I am replacing my 20126 Pure Enrichment and I have lost enough time. It has finally cracked. I like my hand steamer, I can't tell you when I last used an iron: work shirts, shirts, casual pants, and everything in between< I bought this because of its good reviews, and I can use tap water without accumulating calcium on the heating element< When I unpacked this project, I was very disappointed. The water tank is much smaller than my Pure. The heating time seems to be faster, but the steam force and temperature are not strong. I steamed 2 work shirts - one shirt and one thin cotton blend shirt. Neither of them is truly wrinkle free. I am very anxious, so I think I can try on the second shirt later< The second time I used it to fill up the fuel tank, the small black piece you saw in the picture fell off the device. Obviously, that is a flux capacitor because it has already failed. It's completely broken and not within my return window. I will check if there is a warranty, but it is unlikely< I have to go back and find another steamer. A sad face

Every time I try to open it, water leaks out from the base< I have tried several times to clean it with vinegar and water solution, but have not been successful. Try using the adapter, it opens but spits out water droplets instead of steaming. I have already passed the return window and do not know how to obtain warranty.

I tried on a few shirts a week before departure and everything was normal. It heats up quite quickly, does a great job, and can remove wrinkles. But its durability is the problem. On the third day of my 16 day vacation, it broke down. It started spitting water and making some strange noises. On the third day, I had to go to dinner. The shirt I was supposed to wear got soaked because it kept spitting out all the water.

    I received it on November 23, 2021, and until August 2022, I rarely (possibly once a month) used it for sewing project fabrics. Then I started using it on my son's school uniform every week. Until today, when I plugged it in, it didn't do anything and kept running well. No power lights, no heat, no steam. I didn't do anything different. I always unplug it, let it cool down, then take out and drain the water tank to let it dry until the next use.

Fortunately, I screamed and my little dog left me, otherwise she would have been hurt by the hot water. I have to endure hot water until I leave my little dog before I can put down the steamer< Besides, it is not very good for removing wrinkles. Its noise is also unbelievable, and the steam flow is unstable. It flows for 1-2 minutes and then stops until more water is heated, so the efficiency is basically not high.     I bought this steamship when I returned from my cruise last year. The airline thought my other ship was some kind of 'threat', so when I realized it was missing, I ordered this one. At first, it was really great! In fact, you can turn it upside down without any water spraying out, which is really great. And the steam is very hot, and the wrinkles disappear quickly. In addition, the filtration system inside the steamer is amazing, allowing you to use regular water without accumulating calcium. However, 6-9 months later, the steam emitted became so warm that I could place my hand in front of it without any pain. It's too wasteful of money. Every handheld steamer I have used can last for over two years. In fact, this fact that lasted less than 9 months tells me that it is a piece of garbage. So do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Unless you like to purchase a new streaming service every 9 months.

However, after several uses, for whatever reason, it seems to have improved. Holding it at a slightly upward angle can also be helpful. However, it is still quite inconsistent and often coughs. I have tried using tap water and it worked well, but I don't have enough confidence to use it regularly; I think I will continue to use distilled water< The other strange thing about the steamer is that some of the bristles on the included brush are curved; At least I don't intend to use it. The water tank is not fully locked; Some may only make sputtering worse. There is a strange smell in the steam, a plastic smell. Fortunately, this odor does not transfer to anything. Finally, many times after turning off the steamer and unplugging it, it will continue to make noise and even emit a slight smell of the steamer, lasting for a few minutes< Return it.

However, after 13 months of owning it, the steam suddenly stopped working, which disappointed me. When I was looking for a replacement, I found that it had a 3-year warranty. I contacted the company through at 9:48 pm on Tuesday, and to my surprise, I received a response at 10:18 pm. The company immediately offered to send me a replacement and asked for my address. At 10:44 pm, they provided me with detailed information about the replacement order. I am shocked by the excellent customer service I received, especially considering that everything was done at night! The replaced steamer stopped working this month after about 7 months. I only used tap water according to the instructions, but it still ran out in less than a year. It produces steam within 40 seconds, has a small packaging, a long power cord, and can be used at any angle.     I have been using this steamer for one year and three months now. I use it almost every day and love it. And today it hardly emitted any steam, water began to flow out from buttons, "on" lights, and other places. danger It seems that there is some kind of mineral accumulation in the part where steam is discharged. I browsed through and saw several comments discussing pump rise and mineral accumulation, as well as a few comments stating that they contacted customer service. But when I click on the customer service link on the product page, it just tells me that cannot help me process the product. I really want to know how some of you find customer support< Anyway, it is a great product, but eventually problems will arise and there is no customer support to support it.

    I bring it with me on vacation and can use it twice before it stops working. When I tried to use it for the third time, it started steaming like the previous two times, but when I finished the first sleeve of my shirt, it started spitting water. The water tank was filled to the appropriate line, it was clipped into the base, and I carefully checked for any possible user errors. My fianc also glanced at it and tried again from scratch, but it no longer emitted steam. Just spit out water. The steamer has never fallen or been damaged. It has no reason to stop working. The most frustrating thing is that when we returned home from vacation, the return window had already closed, so now I'm stuck with a broken steamer that I only used twice.

I have tried multiple sales points but have not received any results. The socket converter is working properly and everything else can be used with it, but my steamer is broken. I read this booklet and it asked me to take it to the store... now what to say. Where should I go to find a store? Unfortunately, my luggage is already overweight, so there is no need to bring the broken ship back to the United States. I have to leave it. The color, feel, and appearance are also very good. It has completely fallen apart! The back won't stay! should be ashamed to sell this product! And I am not allowed to return for replacement or refund, as I just purchased it on May 18th and today is June 27th. I'm not happy because it's not something I did wrong - I only used it 4 times in total. Nonsense steamer! I suggest you don't buy this. If you do this, you will be very sorry.

    I purchased this product on Prime Day on July 16, 2023. I opened the packaging but did not open the actual product box because I had never encountered any issues with anything I purchased from . On August 5th, 2023, I set off for a 6-day vacation in Europe. My luggage was packed in my suitcase and has been there since the delivery date. I will use the product in 3 days. Open the box, everything is complete and looks good. Once I put water into the device and plug it in (obviously using a converter), once I press the button, not only will the water leak onto my clothes, but it won't produce steam. I let it sit still, took out a large amount of water, and repeated the same thing over and over again. From the moment the button is pressed, there will be no steam or water leakage. Unfortunately, I have already passed the return deadline. Three small dots, after three weeks (five weeks since it arrived at my house), I finally fully opened the packaging and encountered it again. It's my own fault that I didn't solve this problem immediately. I didn't expect anything that I thought could at least share my product experience with

    I ordered a compact steamship at the last minute to spend our two-week vacation in Hawaii. Unfortunately, it appeared just before we left, so I couldn't test it before leaving. When I first tried using it, it vomited so much water that it left huge water spots on my shirt, which did more harm than good. I am very disappointed because this is a very good evaluation for travel ships. I have a handheld steamer at home, so I won't spit due to misuse. The only reason it received 2 stars instead of 1 star is its compact structure and easy travel... I am unable to return it within the return deadline, so now I am stuck.

    Try using it 3 times: 0/3. The first time I used it, I tried to steam clothes - the smell of burning immediately triggered the smoke alarm in the house before the incident occurred. Hurry up and open the window to make the house look wrinkled, as there's no time for anything else. The second time, try running a steam iron on the down comforter with the window open; The same burnt smell, and water spills everywhere. Finally, after several months in the wardrobe, I tried using it again (vertically placed, away from the alarm, with the window open) without any steam or water coming out, but with the same burnt smell. Warranty is a joke, there's no way to contact anyone. I am very angry and want my money back.

    I have tried this product, but it did not really work. I tried steam ironing until the water was over, but I didn't notice any difference in the fabric. My skirt is still very wrinkled. After one use, the brush tilted backwards and was destroyed. It looks like I've been using it for many years. I do not recommend and hope that the reviews on are more accurate.

I should have returned it because it wasn't good at all, but I was too busy and let time pass. Steam requires a long pause, and the amount of steam released is not as large as my old one. Therefore, steaming a simple shirt takes longer, let alone a skirt.

Pull it out for the second time today... it doesn't work! It opens and you can hear the sound, but it doesn't produce steam. What a disappointment! Of course, the return window has already passed, so I'm not lucky!

    I will let the photos speak for themselves. I don't like the handle to be too thick because it feels uncomfortable to hold near the bottom. Approaching the top makes me feel like my hands are too close to the steam. Overall, this is a decent small steamer. Eliminate most of the wrinkles in the first pass.

    I wouldn't recommend this product. Yes, it's small and easy to fit into a suitcase, but it's cheap and you'll end up wasting money. I brought this with me during my one month trip to Europe. It stopped working halfway through the journey. When I returned to the United States, it was already too late for a refund. It goes without saying that this is a waste of money.

    I have used it at least four or five times already. This month, I took it to visit my in laws and excitedly used it to steam my husband's wrinkled clothes. Unfortunately, it started spitting/spraying water. I have tried using vinegar and water, but it is difficult to produce any steam. I really enjoy using this great steamer, unfortunately it only lasts for 5 months. The back part of holding the steamer will become hot, but the water coming out is cold unless I put boiling water in. I spent several hours trying to clean it with vinegar, but was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, it must have been broken. Try to find a more durable steamer! I saw similar comments about it spraying water.

I have returned or gifted 3-5 steamships in the past few years because they have left me feeling frustrated. I have been using this for 1-2 months and have used it about 5 times< I only write reviews for items that are great or bad, because other items meet my needs but are not worth commenting on< In short, this steamer is amazing. Very suitable for travel, compact, lightweight, and easy to operate. Its two best things are that the heating time is very fast, and it only evaporates without spitting out any water! If you get something that spits water, there is a problem and it needs to be replaced< I am also impressed by small-sized water tanks, which are very effective and can wash a lot of clothes. I made a suit jacket, three sweaters, a long skirt, and a shirt with a tank of water. Refill, quickly heat up, and proceed to the next project< Once again, after years of hard work in finding a decent steamer, this is it. Highly recommended.

When I wake up in the morning, I plug it in and place it on the edge of my counter. In the bathroom, it immediately heated up and started spraying steam. When I crumpled my hair into a ball, it let it pass through my hair, giving me a very neat appearance. I could even add some products to make the steam pass through there very well.

    After purchasing it about a year ago, I used it for the first time. At first, it just smelled like it was burning, and I thought it was just to warm up my mistake. It releases a large amount of what I think is steam, and then keeps spraying out what was originally smoke. It goes without saying that this is my third steam engine, and the product I purchased this time was thrown into the trash can. I just think it is more portable than my other two.
