    Firstly, it's equipped with the wrong charging cable. The charger is USB-A, but the device requires a USB-C charger. I don't think it's a big deal because I have many of them sitting around me, but what shocked me was that none of them charged my ten units< I am so disappointed!! My pain relief is gone forever, and the money has been wasted, not only on this device, but also on all the extra stickers I purchased.

    Advantages:
    Small size, rechargeable battery, multiple settings, good electrode quality

    Disadvantages:
    The settings do not have a "lock" (see below)
    Must be reset every time used
    The numbers and graphics on the screen are very small (not suitable for the discerning eye!

    Because this device does not have a "lock", when my father sets it up and puts it in his pocket, it often gets pushed and the settings change. This will turn off the strength, and he will have to pull it out and reset it, which is very frustrating for him. In addition, if the device is turned off after setting mode, it will not turn on when powered on again.
    Remember the settings. Therefore, every time he uses it, he must remember to reset the mode. Because there is too little numerical and mode information, it is difficult for him to do it himself. The maximum time for this device is 60 minutes, which is good, but it means it must reset the mode frequently< Take it away: a good unit, but I do not recommend older people or those who are easily frustrated with technology to use it.

Therefore, I strongly recommend not wasting your time and money on this product< At first, I had high hopes for this EMS-TENS device, believing that it would provide the pain relief and muscle stimulation I needed. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The first device I purchased seemed to only work properly for a short period of time, and then it became completely unusable< According to the product's return policy, I immediately returned the defective device and received a replacement the next day. However, what disappoints me is that the second unit has been proven to have the same flaws as the first unit. Before the malfunction occurred, it only lasted for two days, which made me both frustrated and aware of the low quality of the product< Given my experience using EMS-TENS devices, I strongly advise others not to purchase them. Unreliability and lack of durability make it a very poor investment. It is obvious that these devices have serious defects and cannot even meet the most basic functional standards< Therefore, I suggest you explore other options to avoid wasting valuable time and hard-earned money on this particular product.

After only one use, he can start moving his fingers, and a few days later, his range of motion reaches about 75% and he is able to use his hands. Although there are few explanations, they are easy to understand and only require common sense. The instructions for use contain safety warnings, please read them before use. If you are unsure, please consult your doctor. Apply a little water on the mat to help them bond better. I placed a pad on both sides of my calf muscles and started to increase the electrical pulse (1-10). Based on your sensitivity, you may need to slowly increase. I have used something similar in the spinal massage therapist's office and know that I can handle level 9. The stimulation is great, just like a deep massage. Within 10 minutes. My calf muscles have relaxed and there is no pain after the surgery. I have noticed that since using this, the pain in my calves has decreased while walking. This device contains multiple pads and connectors, so you can actually do two legs at the same time. There are different combinations of stimulation modes, pulses, and durations, so it may take some time for you to find the one that suits you best. I would recommend this to relieve mild pain after exercise.

This includes exposed adhesive pads that were originally intended to be placed on your skin, which are clearly used, as evidenced by the body hair attached to them. There are no zip ties on any cable, they are all tangled together, and the charging cable is nowhere to be found. I don't know if this device is working I don't plan to stick a cushion on my skin that would be sprinkled on other guys' back/leg hair< It is obvious that Belifu has a pile of returned products, and they did not check any content before returning them to other customers claiming "condition: new". I refunded on the same day I received this scam. Don't buy this product! This is a crappy Chinese cloning company, it's best to spend an extra $20 on a legitimate company that doesn't just exist on paper.

It reduced the medication needed to treat cramps and provided me with the convenience of going out to do things instead of being weak in bed due to pain< I have only used the fourth level intensity. There are many modes to choose from. I chose this specific device because the battery level is advertised to last up to 20 hours on each charge. Indeed, I feel very happy. The only drawback of this model (which may also be the case with other models) is the timer. Due to the pain caused by cramps that I have been dealing with all day, I have to constantly reset the timer in order to continue using it. If I don't reset the timer, it will automatically shut down. The maximum time of the timer is only one hour< If you want to put it in your pocket and carry it with you, you can use a small strap to tie up the long rope, which is very convenient. It is lightweight and easy to use.

I hate not being able to lock the screen< Since my favorite TENS has now been discontinued, I believe this may meet my needs. It is indeed There is a major issue: the touch screen cannot be locked. If I lie still completely, everything is fine. Fortunately, I am mobile and must keep ten in my pocket. Not good< I will only continue to use this ten until I can find the lock screen setting I want at a reasonable price. Then, it will only be used for backup. Sad. I really like this ten.

In each icon, I found no difference between the four modes, the only difference being the six icons. I don't believe this is a user error or faulty device. I believe they truly believe they are offering a product with 24 modes, but that's not the case.

After each breastfeeding, I use it for two more days to help alleviate postpartum pain (still free of charge! I recommend using the last setting in the bottom right corner to help transition to delivery during labor.

    My back and shoulder pain is very severe for about 2 weeks. I bought these ten units, they are truly a godsend. This is the only relief I can get while waiting for a doctor appointment. I have a problem with my scapula, so I will continue to use it while taking medication/observing. It is easy to use, has a long battery life, multiple settings/strengths, and has the appearance and feel of an MP3 player. I firmly believe that everyone needs ten units now.
