I have been using it once a week in different occasions (office meetings, listening to music, etc.) and it has been well maintained. It took some time to figure out what this means by" touching the inside and outside of each bud's stem for 10 seconds ". But only the work buds beep< There is a link to the manufacturer on the support page. The link is not working: I received a 404 (page not found) error.
