    At first, I bought these for Halloween and put them on my TV. They were very cool and beautiful, and I really liked them. I never had a battery on hand, nor did I realize that each candle and wand required 14 batteries, but this was my mistake for not reading. Although two months later, even after I replaced the battery, all the candles stopped working. When I press the 'open' button, the wand remains active and lights up, but the candle does not respond. Anyway, I still kept them until Christmas, just because I think they also have a Christmas atmosphere. But now that the holiday is over, I went to take them off, and the sticky things hanging them tore them off from my ceiling. They stuck on top, and when I tried to pull them off, the plastic pieces broke. I don't know if there is a better way to remove them, but pulling them down is not an option. Trying to use a spatula or butter knife is the only way I can do it, as pulling the small rope may break. I may not buy this again because it will be inconvenient and useless in two months.

    That's a cool idea. Remote doesn't do anything. Don't waste your money. It can only be closed and opened by loosening the base.
