This works best at night and is quite effective. I count zaps before going to bed, leaving it on the kitchen countertop. Its hinge allows you to hang it on a hook, and I appreciate that it has a light below.

    Where we live by the seaside, I have never possessed a fly zapper or insect repellent. We just relocated to the Anaheim hills, but we weren't ready for the summertime pests like flies and mosquitoes in that area of the city.

    When I received my EndBug Zapper, I was amazed at how quickly it began zapping moths, mosquitoes, and even the tiniest bugs. The EndBug Zapper never stops zapping bugs, and we've had less complaints about flies inside our house.

    Since our garage used to be the biggest and most convenient entry point for flying insects to enter our house, I keep my EndBug Zapper there. :-)

    It is functional when it emits a pleasant light and still produces the sound of an electrocuted insect.

My husband spent three weeks trying to take it out of the box, but the first time he inserted it, it didn't work at all. At that time, the return time was very short, one or two days had passed, and there were no companies to talk to, nor anyone to persuade them to send replacement products. We thought we had completely lost money on this matter. Very frustrated. If you buy it, you are gambling with your money because quality control is poor and customer service does not exist. Since we do not have recourse, I have decided to dismantle it. I found that the light bulb had been pulled out of the socket. After forcefully pushing it back and placing it back in its original position, it could start working. But the light bulb cannot stick tightly to the socket, so I suspect it often falls out. Anyway, it works well now, but it has brought us some trouble. I am glad to have solved its problem before throwing it into the trash can.

    This is absolutely effective! I almost immediately noticed that when we first brought it up, it worked. This is a great quality and value for money price. One of my shortcomings is that there is no switch to turn it on and off. You must insert and remove it in order to close it. This is not super convenient. We ultimately purchased a separate extension with a switch, so we didn't have to climb the ladder every time we wanted to use it. Besides, it's great.

It works well, but when emptied, it is very messy and the brush is not long enough to enter and clean well. Perhaps compressed air can be helpful. We do have some small beetles that are still alive when we empty them, so I am not sure if they are too small or if the sterilizer is too full.

    I have a bug killer that I used for two summers, but now I am using it instead. It has been running in my garage for over a week now, and I am happy to say that the mosquito and fly communities have indeed decreased! One aspect that needs improvement is that dead insects get stuck inside, and the only way to remove them is to gently and repeatedly tap/shake the sterilizer to remove the dead insects< Besides, its effect is really amazing! Absolute recommendation.

    This is effective. Within a few seconds of insertion, it begins to eliminate errors. It is not as effective against moths - I found them stuck but not dead, and when I emptied the bottom, they would fall and fly away< Unless it never rains in your area, you cannot keep it on 24/7. The manual says to avoid rain< When I sit outside, setting it on the other side of the deck is very good because it can attract and kill the insects that would otherwise flock to it< If it is 100% weather resistant and made of stronger materials, I will give it 5 stars.

It worked very well and then stopped working. I guess the light bulb is burnt out. I returned the item and ordered another brand.

Flies can fly around it, but they won't fly inside. I really hope this thing can work. Without a doubt, if insects hit the grid, they will die. But this is not very effective. I tried to send them 2 photos, but I still received an error message. I explained that I am not very familiar with electronic products, I am already 83 years old. Therefore, since I did not send them any proof, I did not receive any help, so I purchased a different electric shock absorber. As I said, the light extinguisher is good, but the light bulb cannot be used for 30 days.     Our unit stopped working after 4 months. We moved into the house in the fall, and I would unplug it at night/reinsert it in the morning, or reinsert it at some time of the day that I remember. I want it to eliminate flies and mosquitoes during the day. I just plugged in the power recently and found that it cannot be turned on. Very disappointed. I don't understand why it stopped working, except that it caught a very large moth. Did the moth kill this unit as a final revenge against all the moths? I don't know< Here are my preliminary comments: I really want something that can catch flies. I placed it in a heavily populated outdoor fly area (covered porch), but it didn't catch as much as I hoped. It did indeed capture various other insects, namely moths. I want to say that the product is effective, but it has not truly met my needs< In addition, sometimes I think the device may catch fire. It constantly "explodes" several insects to the point of fire, rather than rapidly attacking. This has raised questions about the safety of the device< I have decided to keep it because it can be useful at times, but never at night or when we go out.
