    Just assembled it, it's great. I'm worried about whether I fit it (6 feet 5 inches, 200 pounds), but I fit it very well. The heating function is subtle, so don't hang the hat on it. The vibration is not too crazy, so don't think you're getting deep Swedish tissue, even though that's exactly what I need after a big move. My cat likes it more than me (he claims it's a footstool), I really like it. Absolutely worth it.

    My husband and I purchased two chairs for our office. The color description is brown, but when you get it, it's even more purplish red, which is not what we want at all. We originally planned to return it and only get the black version, but returning them (each) would cost $280, which is more expensive than the actual chairs. We cannot guarantee that you will receive reimbursement for shipping costs. This is a comfortable chair that is easy to assemble, but the color is not right, especially next to real brown furniture. I couldn't even contact the company to raise questions or explain our dissatisfaction, I was just sent to the automated messaging assistant. Very disappointed. Please note that the color is not true brown, and returning it will cost a lot of money.

    At first, I was really hesitant about buying this chair, but I'm glad I did. Easy to assemble, with good massage settings and better heat retention. My only problem is that it is very low. It sits lower than the ground, making it a bit difficult for someone like me who is undergoing foot surgery to stand up. But I like it!

It took me over two months to get a replacement part, and I put in a lot of effort to install it without any installation guide. Everything is normal now. Although the American seller responded quickly, they need to be more timely in providing part instructions and tracking numbers for the goods. If you purchase, you can get an extended warranty!

    The drum is great. They have enough strength and movement to make you feel like a real massage. The foot and waist rollers are particularly amazing. Assembly is relatively easy, but it is a bulky large item, so be careful. We realized that we needed two people< Bluetooth function is a great choice and easy to use. Here are some areas where they can be improved: Airbags: They do not have the same power as rollers. If the airbag had greater power, this chair would be great< Customer service: When you dial this number, it feels like there is only one person and they are not the best at providing assistance. They said they would call you back, but they never do. We called to see if we could give the airbags more power, but we were not successful.

    Quality observation;
    < The replaced chair base has three obvious quality defects. The original chair base does not have the "frame shaking seat cover" on the left top of the chair base. The footstool twitches and is poorly aligned, making it impossible to reposition. The chair shakes on the floor, but there is no adjustment mechanism. Please note that the original chair base does not have this problem. Customer feedback: is pleased to provide this product, but it is disappointing that the massage chair has a vacuum motor quality issue that is "noisy" and has basic quality issues, as shown in the attachment< During the investigation phase; The customer service provided instructions for disassembling the control box cover and unplugging the vacuum motor from the PCBA and reinserting it to retest the vacuum motor noise, as well as providing a video of the results - the results did not change and were still very noisy< On November 29, 2020, I received a replacement chair frame. I disassembled the original chair and reassembled it with the replacement chair frame. The noise from the vacuum motor has now disappeared< The replaced seat has some quality defects that are different from the original seat; I do not recommend others to purchase the Real Relax 2020 massage chair unless the manufacturer can prevent quality leakage

It's in Chino, about 40 miles away. I called in advance to confirm if they were open and the address. After trying to dial 3 times, someone answered and confirmed that it was turned on. When I arrived there, the building was completely unmarked and the front door was locked. I called again and the other person answered saying it was not open. They talked to the manager and they said the showroom is another 30 miles away in Ontario. At that moment, I just reduced my losses. Where is the floor address of the exhibition hall on the website, and why is the Chino address being promoted? If this is the way they string me together when I try to buy it, then what if something really breaks. No, thank you.

The back massager is just right. I can see that some people may say they are too rough, but it's a matter of personal preference and how the body is built for the position of the rollers. I read a review that said leg boots are too short for tall people. When you lie diagonally, simply push your feet forward and they will slide out to fit your height. There are few documents, and there may be some resistance when initially pushing the foot out, so you have to accidentally discover this leg adjustment function< My only criticism is that the neck support is weak, and the massager hardly touches my neck, so they are somewhat ineffective. It also has no vibration function, which is good. As an entry-level massage chair, I think it's very cost-effective. If you want a high-end chair with richer features, you will need to pay a premium price< Also, it should be noted that the third-party seller shipped the chair. The arm massage control is a bit clumsy because the sleeve restricts the hand movement on the remote control. The shoulders don't seem to provide too much pressure. Overall, I would say that this chair is worth more, at $550< Update: I received an email requesting that I delete my review for 2 stars. If I am willing, I have received a $30 gift card. On the contrary, I moved the rating to 1 star because now it even has more issues. Just don't buy this. I won't sell out for $30. I think I should get a full refund.
