    The chair has arrived, it's easy to assemble and plug in the power. The Ottoman Empire didn't work and didn't plan on using it frequently, but it would be great if the entire chair could function properly. Don't expect this thing to provide fancy finger pressure massage, as everything it does will vibrate to varying degrees and the heating function is very good. Overall, I will purchase it again and hope that the footstool will work in the next one.

    I read the comments and made a bet on this chair. I see that this chair provides less massage and more thermal vibration, but for this price, I want to give it a try< When I first used it, I thought 'this won't work', but I only spent 40 minutes using the massager and fully heating it up, and my muscles felt incredibly relaxed. During my pregnancy, it will be used a lot because it feels great in my lower back.

    I bought it for my dad because he needs a chair so he can watch TV and not fall off when he falls asleep. Go to a furniture store and buy similar chairs that are not as comfortable or have the same functionality. They want them for $700 to $1200. My father praised how easy it is to assemble, and the Ottoman Empire also had massage and heating functions. He likes it and 100% recommends this product to anyone.

    I like this massage chair< Advantages: Everything is done very well. Heating/massage is great. The zero gravity position is really great< Disadvantage: When sitting in a chair, I feel that the support area in the head/neck/shoulder area can be further forward, while the back support can extend upwards. I feel my neck stretching backwards excessively, seeking more solid support. I found that adding a pillow to all positions behind my shoulder/neck area is very helpful for me.

    This massage chair has poor effects on the upper back, arms, or legs. There are no issues with the lower back and feet. I am 5 feet 4 inches tall, and my father is 5 feet 8 inches tall. He agrees. The legs are adjustable, but not strong. When we first ordered it, it didn't come with screws for the arm, so we had to reach out and they sent them to us.

    About a month ago, I started using this massage chair about once a week, and every time I use it, my back hurts a bit. I thought it was just a slight flesh injury caused by the massage, and then shrugged. Today, I had a massage (relaxation mode) on it, and when I tried to stand up, my back was completely pinched. It completely injured my back, and I am currently using a borrowed walker from my family just to be able to go to the bathroom. I'm going to see a doctor tomorrow. I hope I can recover< 2 stars instead of 1 star, because the chair can indeed massage you. And the calf part is also pretty good.

    It can use the delayed start function. After turning on, you must quickly put your arms into your pockets before they are filled with air. Forgetting to operate in a dark room. The keys on the keyboard do not light up. Every time you move and adjust the remote control, the shoulder pillow will shift. You pull out your arm to fix it, and then the arm guard is filled with air. You have to wait for it to deflate before you can settle down. Then the shoulder airbag returns to behind your shoulder again. Basically, you need someone to hold the remote control and ensure that the airbag is correctly placed in its position. Then tell your assistant which mode feels good if you want heat. I think I should come back immediately. 899.00 For this thing, it brings you even greater pressure just to operate this damn thing! I am in great pain and have high hopes for this chair. It's not valuable, trust me! I am a truck driver. Wide shoulders. Big forearm. I weigh 260 pounds, and I can't even see a 400 pound man sitting on this chair. I think I am the maximum value of this chair.

    My chair was delivered in 2 packages every day. After arriving, there were three puncture holes on one of my handrails. I took photos and sent an email to customer service. I have never received a response. It's been a week already. I am 5 feet 6 inches tall and weigh 150 pounds. The airbag did not fully reach me in the hip or shoulder area. This is disappointing because the airbags are very relaxed. The calf heater is getting very hot, and I feel like it's burning me. In the instructions, when I assembled it, I seemed to have received a second-hand chair. Because some steps have already been completed. One step requires me to insert two screws, one on each side of the armchair. It's torn, I can't even fit the screw in (I have never received a response from customer service again) The warranty for this chair basically does not include anything. And for all the parts you purchase, they expect you to pay the s/h fee Even when I am using the 'new' chair. And it's not comfortable at all: (The seat part feels like sitting on a hard wooden floor. I'm also very excited about this chair. And returning it? This is a joke. They actually charge you a return fee. Even if it's damaged upon arrival.

    Advantage - The safety airbag is very relaxed. (If you're larger) 0 gravity is relaxed. The foot massager is very good!

    When it arrived, it was torn from the packaging and handling. Then, my right calf became so hot that it was burned, actually my leg. In addition, the neck massager and lower back massager that you cannot feel are very prominent, and it hurts to lean on them, let alone open them. I believe it was assembled incorrectly in the factory. Even worse, the company said I could return the item, but the cost would be borne by myself and they wouldn't send back the packaging box and label, and offered a $80 discount for tearing. I am contacting my bank to obtain a refund.
