    Super easy to assemble and comfortable. The only issue is that the clamping screw cannot engage to lock me in the tilted position. A beautiful chair.

    I will start with the only good opinion I can provide; The chair looks good< For bad< Br>There are metal bars at the bottom of the seat. These metal bars press on my hips very hard. I can't sit on the chair with a memory foam pillow. Even if there is a pillow, I can only sit there for a short time. The padding on the chair is terrible. When I tried to sit on the chair without putting down the memory foam pillow, I felt that I was sitting directly on the theft pole. Under such great pressure, my legs became numb in less than 10 minutes< The backrest has obvious seams, and its lower part feels like a thick rope running between the chair and my lower back, making it painfully unusable< This chair will cause me severe pain, so I will be forced to throw it away and look for a chair that will not actively cause me pain< Wasted hundreds of dollars!!

    I like this chair! But... The remote control has stopped working. I have made several phone calls and sent several emails, but I am unable to get anyone to reply from Real Relax. I have an extended warranty period, but it will not take effect until after the manufacturing warranty period. Very frustrated

    I really wanted to fall in love with this chair, but in the end I couldn't. I will return it, but returning it is expensive, so in hindsight, I will not purchase it. Perhaps my expectations were too high, thinking about the $10000 chair sometimes displayed in stores like Costco, which falls far short of that Considering the price of this chair compared to other chairs, I should be aware of this. I am 5 feet 10 feet tall and weigh 180 pounds. I feel uncomfortable in this chair. The lower back rollers are so sturdy that on the first day of use, I felt bruises on my lower back (and later had to use a small pillow to soften these rollers and stick them to my back). The higher roller position is great, but I think the rollers used for the shoulders or neck are basically useless to me. Perhaps I am not wide enough for this chair, but I cannot reach the correct position of the highest roller on my shoulders because they are too high on the chair and when I try to reach their position in my neck area, they are too wide to touch my neck. Many air massages are the same I don't think I'm broad enough, they're not very useful. The hip airbags will not be subjected to too much compression, and the shoulder airbags will not be subjected to too much compression either When fully inflated, they just barely pushed me, which is really a pity. However, the calf and arm airbags are very effective for me. Some comments say that the compression of the calves and arms is too difficult, but for me, they could have become harder. I was fine, but I could only feel the compression of the calves and arms when they reached 100% All the smaller inflation and deflation have no effect on me. In addition to the disappointing massage function (roller and airbag), I also found the chair itself very uncomfortable. Similarly, I believe this comes from the price of the chair. The super expensive products I tried in the store were very comfortable, even if the massage function was not running, I enjoyed sitting inside and feeling the comfortable support from around my body! I don't even like sitting in this chair. The bottom cushion is thin and hard, with almost no cushion, which is why the roller set at the bottom is pressing so hard on my body that I have to add a pillow. There is a Velcro pad at the top of the chair that can soften your upper back and includes a small pad for your head, but it has almost no effect, and the upper rollers are much weaker compared to the bottom (at least for my body type). When I put on the cushion Velcro, I hardly feel them. Sometimes I don't even use a cushion, so I can feel the roller more, but then the chair becomes even more uncomfortable, and I end up with another pillow placed on top to support my head. The heating function is a good touch, but even so, it is still very picky. The calf area will become very hot, almost damaging my exposed skin (so I avoid using this chair when wearing shorts), but the heat on my back feels weak, and I hope it will be warmer (I would rather have more heat on my back than on my calves). The last thing that disappointed me was the remote control. It has a beautiful screen on it, but none of the buttons are lit up. Therefore, when I turn off the lights in the room and use the chair in the dark (maybe it shouldn't be used in the dark, but I think many people turn off the lights), I eventually need to use the flashlight on my phone to see which buttons I want to click, such as turning on the heater and entering the tilt position. These buttons are very large and look like TV remote controls from the 1990s, which makes me feel like they should light up, but that's not the case. Perhaps mine is flawed because it seems to be a simple and very useful feature, and it looks like they should light up so much that they feel frustrated when they don't light up. I shouldn't have taken out my phone flashlight to use the remote control, and the screen itself is good, big, and the lights are bright But it only displays which functions are turned on or off or the massage sequence you are performing, and if you cannot see the buttons below to adjust the content, then these operations will be useless. The last thing I want to mention is adjustment, which is also a bit frustrating. I like to use various massage modes, but if you don't end the automatic mode and need to turn on all the functions you want, you won't be able to make any adjustments to them. I hope I can choose a mode and then turn off the parts I don't want from that mode (mainly just want to turn off the lower back roller) However, once you click on something to try to remove it from that mode, it is actually ending automatic mode and stopping all content, except for one thing you are trying to turn off from automatic mode (switching to manual and opening what you want instead of opening what you don't want). Then I have to press every button except for the bottom scroll wheel. This will only increase the overall frustration/disappointment of this chair. I know that something under $1000 should be as good as a $5000 or $10000 chair, and the requirements are high, so maybe I should think twice about what effect this chair can actually achieve, but it still costs a lot of money, and now I regret this purchase.

    For the price, this is not bad, but the roller may be a bit harsh on your back. I purchased an extended warranty, but there is a problem with the foot massager. The company will not support it. I am able to take off and repair myself, so I do not recommend purchasing warranty as it is a waste of money
