    This is a great purchase. I initially gave it to my younger brother as a Christmas gift, and I was so impressed with it that I had to buy it myself. I usually find it difficult to wake up with my phone's alarm clock, and this sunset alarm definitely changes the game rules. It has very concise functions. The sound is very different, making it enjoyable and relaxing. I like to start slowly turning on 30 minutes before the alarm clock you specified, and the brightness gradually increases, hence the name sunset. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a good alarm clock, which will use a combination of sound and light to wake you up.

I like it to have 2 alarms, so I can set one for weekdays and another for weekends. I used to sleep on a stereo before, but I liked the built-in alarm clock. However, I didn't sleep well under the sound provided, so I went back to my old stereo. I do like to read with a light before going to bed, and then I don't have to wake up and turn off the room lights. I do need to adjust the lighting to the correct level. At first, I had a headache until I found the right level. I am grateful that it is easy to adjust, and I like to easily turn it off or take a nap. Overall, it is doing its job.

After 30 minutes of lighting up, the alarm clock did ring, creating a pleasant piano sound. It is quite easy to set up. I do have to read the instructions several times. You also need to reset the alarm every night, otherwise it won't sound in the morning.

It will start opening 30 minutes before the time you set and remain open for 50 minutes after setting. I like it when you can turn off all the display lights because I don't like any ambient lighting while sleeping. I also like the ability to set two alarm times and easily switch between them.

    - Setting the clock to AM time will end the setting by saying it is set to PM. I realized that it would still sound at the scheduled AM time, but it was initially confusing and frustrating< I can't think of a way to keep my alarm clock set every day. I bought two units, and when the morning arrived, both units were completely quiet. I have carefully examined the AM/PM encountered by some people, but it seems that this is not the case. About 20 minutes before the alarm went off, the light was still on (immediately exploding at full speed without gradually rising), so the clock knew very well when I wanted to wake up. Sound is applicable to all other applications, but not to the most important ones.

Please remember that the light will start to turn off approximately 20-30 minutes before the alarm is set. Remember this when setting an alarm clock. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because when I set it to AM, the alarm itself will display PM. The alarm clock will sound in the morning, but let it say that PM is super confusing and misleading. I also like it when you can turn off the clock light without actually turning off the clock

    I bought this to help my daughter wake up early in winter. Unfortunately, the alarm clock will only be set to PM. As you can see in the video, I set the alarm to AM, but switched to PM when setting it. I thought it was a malfunction, so I returned the item and replaced it with a new one. It did exactly the same thing. In theory, I might be able to reverse AM and PM on the actual clock to see if it's helpful, but to be honest, this has happened twice, which is frustrating and I don't even want to keep the product or mess it up. In addition, if you complete the entire process of creating a new alarm clock, even if it displays PM, it sometimes works in AM. However, if you just turn it on or keep it on without recreating it as a brand new alarm, nothing will happen in the morning. I can't have her go to bed every night, her fingers crossed and her alarm clock will work in the morning, so I have to return this product.

My favorite songs are the chirping of birds and the waves of seagulls. I also like a mode that can help you prepare for sleep, so you can also choose from various sounds playing in the background. The only two things I need to change are: 1) Relax the alarm background noise to include sounds from that mode, which should help you prepare for sleep (they are different/more soothing).

For example, if I set the clock to a 4:30 am alarm but the lights are fully on at 4am and the preset sound doesn't even turn on, I will readjust this flawed item and pay more for the more reliable looking Phillips device.

There is even a noise generator that can help you fall asleep, if it's your fault. The problem with this alarm is that the indicator light comes on 30 minutes before the alarm sounds!!!!! I can see 5 minutes, maybe 10 minutes, but 30 minutes!! The worst part is that, in terms of instructions, this feature cannot be changed or turned off. Before I found a different alarm clock, I had to set the actual alarm time 25 minutes later than usual. I'm sure this feature is great for some people, but there should be at least one option to turn it off!

We want a device that includes a wake-up option without noise, just a gradually brightening light, just like a real sunrise. In the first two weeks, the clock worked as expected. Setting the alarm time according to the instructions and selecting the desired noise, color, and brightness settings is very simple< However, two weeks after purchasing, the clock suddenly stopped emitting an alarm at the set alarm time. I found that the alarm clock has switched from AM to PM, and every time I try to change it, when I save the settings, it immediately switches back to PM< Based on the other comments I have read, this seems to be a trend for this specific device. Most importantly, in the past few days, the color lights that you can switch on your device have no longer worked, so now they only emit bright white light. I really want to like this clock, but I am very disappointed. Avoid purchasing this product.

It is very close to greatness, but unfortunately, I must report that the questions you read in the comments are true< After setting the AM alarm, it will confirm the PM time. It does indeed work at the expected AM time, but the PM flash may raise suspicion Therefore, you don't want to just use it as an alarm clock< I also find it difficult to make the wake-up light function turn on at the correct time. It definitely didn't work the way I wanted it to< I ultimately returned it.

I think maybe I just forgot to turn on the alarm. Therefore, after ensuring that the alarm was turned on, I went to bed the next night. Similarly, there was nothing in the morning< I don't know where it came from, it switched from morning to afternoon. I think this is strange, so I reset it to AM. Then notice that after exiting the setup, it will immediately revert back to PM. It's just not set to morning. So it's no use now< I requested a refund, but received nothing.

    I have always been a dormant person, skeptical that a gentle alarm clock is useful to me. I am always the one who buys an alarm clock at home, judging its loudness based on its sound. It wakes up the whole house in the morning< This thing is surprisingly effective, it awakens me. I am more willing to wake up and start a new day than before, no matter how little I sleep< I didn't read the instructions, it's easy to understand and reset on rest days. The only improvement I need to make is the internal battery for power outages, but I know this is usually difficult to obtain.

There were a few days when the alarm clock was set correctly when both the light and alarm clock remained on. I set it to close at the same time every day. It will never close. I thought maybe I made a mistake in setting it up, or maybe I took a nap. This morning, I happened to wake up a few minutes before my usual wake-up time and watch as time passed without the alarm ringing. The inconsistency is very disappointing.

    Overall, when this clock is working, it does what I want to do, gently waking me up. However, the two main problems I encountered were: 1) the clock light was bright white (why wasn't there a red light setting? Even at the lowest setting, it was too bright. I was the type of sleeper who liked dark rooms. I had to stick a sticker on the light to dim its brightness. 2) The power cord inserted into the clock was lost and eventually failed. Its clock is too loose, I have to apply pressure to it so that it can establish a connection. It worked for a while, but became so picky that the clock rarely remained on and eventually stopped working.

Firstly, the sunrise light will not gradually turn on like other wake-up lights I have used - it will only turn on at any position you set. This almost eliminates the entire meaning of owning this thing - the light will immediately turn on and wake you up, rather than gradually lighting up and getting brighter. Secondly, the alarm will only sound when you manually reset it every day, even if you set it to "on". Some other features are also good, such as the ability to adjust clock brightness, but the above advantages far exceed this advantage. I will consider purchasing a different brand, which will eventually be thrown into the landfill.

However, the speaker part of the alarm clock sounds very plastic (if that makes sense), and the frequency of rain sounds scared my dog (who likes rain). The snooze button is a bit difficult to trigger, and when I wake up to stop the morning alarm, it often turns off the alarm together. I have read the manual and checked it online, and it seems that there is nothing that can prevent this situation from happening. This is not a terrible inconvenience, but if I forget to turn on the alarm, there will be a annoying surprise the next day.

The lighting is great, and even waking up to the sound of an ice cream truck is not entirely scary. This is a very pleasant way to wake up. The time display at night is lit up, but you can turn it off, so this is not a factor. I am generally satisfied with it, but I don't think I will buy it again.

    Buy to replace my Phillips sunrise clock. Its price is good, but the radio timeout is too fast. I do like being able to turn off clock digits at night< My problem with Phillips is that the internal backup battery will be retired after 7 years. Every time I unplug it or turn off the power, I have to unplug it for a few days to reset it. I called customer service but couldn't replace the internal battery. I don't mind buying a new Phillips for over $100 because it has a lifespan of 7 years. This clock does what I need it to do very well, it gradually brightens up like the sun.

It turned out to be very bad, and we had to throw it away after three months. Even at the lowest setting, this model is too bright.     Although this is a great product, I must point out that there is no guarantee that it will awaken a drowsy bear mother (although this is not a negative reaction to this product). On the other hand, when I work at my desk, I enjoy the gentle sunrise and ambient sound. I can say it increases the quality of my morning, and I strongly recommend it to anyone who may enjoy the morning sunshine and the chirping of birds by the creek in their room. Montana has particularly good winters.

You can choose the brightness level, and it will gradually become brighter until you set your alarm preferences. I also like that you can choose the sound (or no sound) for the alarm clock. The beep starts at the alarm time, but becomes quieter at the beginning and then increases until you turn it off, so you won't be woken up< Overall, this is a great purchase, comparable to Hatch, but at a much better price.

    I like it!!! Super bright, cute sound and many features. I have never been an early riser, but it has definitely changed my life. There are no windows in my bedroom, and now I have a morning job. I have been struggling all along, and now that I wake up, I won't feel super drowsy and need to continue taking a nap. Highly recommended. It's only 2 weeks, so we can't say longevity, but the quality seems really good. Especially at this affordable price point

The lights will gradually wake you up, and you can choose from alarm sound, light settings, natural sound, and radio. You can set two different alarms at once.     We want to change the morning alarm on our phones, and we're glad we got this alarm! My favorite feature is waking up at sunrise. This function can gradually turn on the lights before the alarm clock rings. I usually wake up drowsy and take a long time to wake up, but the gradual lighting effect naturally frees my body from this state. I haven't had a real non mobile alarm clock for several years, haha, I'm glad I chose this!
