    I am 5 feet 2 inches tall, fluctuating between 120 and 135, with most of it at the bottom of my pear shaped body because my upper body is at best an A-cup and always much thinner than below my waist. Adult jackets are so clumsy and annoying that I usually use them as seat cushions when kayaking< An important point to note is that most of my kayaks are completed on a drifting river, where the water flow is zero (you can easily swim upstream), and for me, it rarely exceeds the depth of my hips. If I participate in high-risk environments, I will seek options that are more suitable for my weight< I know I am overweight and rated for this device, but my body is suitable. So many adult jackets feel like even if adjusted to the tightest, I can still slide out directly from them. This jacket is very comfortable to tie up and can still be paddled. I will wear it instead of sitting on it. If you are a small frame, especially from the waist up, this may be a compromise Speak only from the perspective of fit and comfort.
