I filed a small book and put the roll in the drawer. I went to use it today and found that both sides of the entire roll of tape became dry. It seems to be dry, so the adhesive falls off into white powder, and the tape becomes white along the edge of the tape. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they would not refund or replace it. This tape should be used for several years, and it will not even continue on the roll.
