    I ordered a new box of 12 light fibers, but what I received was obviously a used product with only 4 light fibers inside. One of the light wires has been untied, and the pull tab has been removed, making it unable to open. I request a full refund because I do not want to replace this item as one of the wires is not working. If you have to take a risk, but I will purchase from different sellers.

Some of them have become so dim that you can hardly tell they have turned on, while others haven't lit up immediately. I will return them. It's really a pity.

    A box of 12 ropes. Well packaged and easy to unpack. Three extra batteries and a tiny screwdriver. There is no remote control in the box. Among the 12 strings, 4 light strings do not work, even after replacing the battery. So I received 8 strings at that time. The next question for the remaining 8 strings, of which 3 will not turn off, will enter a very dim mode instead of turning off, so they will burn out after about 12 hours. Basically, I received five strings. After all, this is not a good buy. Pooh

    I like lighting, but I ordered color classification because it should be 6 colors, with 2 colors per color (red, green, blue, purple, white, gold). Instead, I received 4 in one color (blue), 3 in another color (gold), 2 in purple, 2 in white, and 1 in green. I didn't receive any red, I received 1 green. I want to use it with my Christmas display. Fortunately, I ordered one set of white, all of which are white. Without a remote control, the color will darken significantly when turned on, and if you touch the switch, the color will disappear.
