    I ordered this product for remote work. I work remotely in the call center, and the noise reduction function of the earphones is necessary. Unfortunately, headphones are far from eliminating noise. My client told me that they can hear the sound of my dog and vacuum cleaner backstage (my daughter cleaning the living room), but my office is behind the house and the door is closed! I will return it and continue to search for a wireless, noise cancelling, and comfortable earphone to wear for 8 hours a day.

    We provide this service for a company that makes a large number of outbound and inbound calls. We stay on 95% of the time< After a few hours, you will feel very comfortable, and then your ears will start to ache< The worst part is noise cancellation. We work in small compartments 5 feet apart from each other. It can pick up noise as low as falling pens. Everyone on the phone mentioned how much noise was behind them. Not recommended for use in call center environments.
