    I was very taken by this product's concept. Really adorable. Regretfully, I had to get a second one since the first one was broken before shipping. Since the product was broken during transportation and was not the manufacturer's fault, I'm not deducting any points for it.The passage continues.When the second one came, a nail was protruding from the frame's corner. Any little quality control or inspection would have undoubtedly discovered this.The passage continues.I still don't have the frame, so two visits to UPS and a little cut later. I lack the strength to give it another go.

    When my kid and I shared an apartment, I purchased this and was very happy with it. My fianc and I had been remodeling our bathroom since we moved in together. This blends in well with both of the bathrooms, despite their quite distinct styles. It's really adaptable! The wood frame looks excellent. I'm searching right now for more to post!

    I am very disappointed with this product. Purchased for a 4th birthday party. We tried it the night before, but it only made 2 cones, not much at all. Sugar sticks in chunks inside the plastic. We cleaned the entire unit and tried again the next day. The same thing happened too. Yes, we also followed all the instructions. I was very excited when we received this, but it didn't work at all. I would like to return the product.

    It might be worse, or better, I guess. It can all be fixed with a bit additional stain on the frame. My wish was to purchase a completed item. However, given the $15 price tag, it could be more of a little craft project. It was the precise size I wanted, so I kept it. If I hadn't become weary of looking for Powder Room indications, it could have returned. Well, to complete, I had to purchase walnut wood stain.

    So I bought this for my classroom and used it as a reward day. It has made all check marks. Assembly is very simple. The accompanying sugar is enough to accommodate three different classrooms, and I have a lot more. I also allow children to receive more than one cone< I have never had the problem of sugar burning as I read in some comments. I made about 6 cotton candy cones, then took out the sugar collection from the side of the pink bowl and quickly wiped it clean. I did put a bowl of warm water nearby< This is something that other classes envy. They even asked us when we would have Cotton Candy Day again< Very good purchase!
