    I really like this one, so I bought two. A Rottie puppy was used to train me, and later I bought another one for my German Shepherd. He only responds to vibrations, and I think his fur is too thick to feel the vibrations because the fork is too short. A few months ago (after using it for a year), how did one remote control stop working, so I only used the other one. Now, the collar no longer vibrates (one year later), so I can only use one collar and one remote control. When I need two sets (one for each dog), they cannot be connected together. I see that there is a 2-year replacement warranty and I would like to contact the manufacturer.

    Therefore, just a few days after the warranty period of this thing expired, it went crazy, constantly vibrating around my dog's neck without any power. I turned it off, but it still vibrates. It won't stop because of anything. So now it's meaningless, I can't replace it.

    I have been using this product for some time now. It's very cute, and the effect is very good after a few weeks. Until my first charging. Now collars can only be used occasionally. The remote control seems to be no longer paired. I followed the pairing instructions to charge the remote control and collar, but it still doesn't work. Once turned on, it will work for approximately 30 seconds and then stop. It's unbelievable that this is the second time I've experienced a collar due to the same issue within 5 months.

    The remote control button is upside down, the buzzer is located at the top, but it displays as an orange electric shock. The sound button is located at the bottom, and I'm worried that if someone doesn't know the button is upside down, they may electrocute my dog. I have never seen it before, very disappointed. I tried to repair the button, but couldn't disassemble it. I'm afraid it will break down.
