My only weakness is that I want the voice to be louder. After receiving the item, we replaced the accompanying battery in the hope that it would help make the sound louder, but unfortunately, this is not the case. A few weeks ago, she put her phone in the refrigerator, and it wasn't until four days later that I found it. I only knew it was destroyed, but what surprised me was that when I opened it, it worked very well... just like the day it was delivered. Be sure to consider purchasing this for your child. 11 dollars is worth it!!

    This was a useless item. It was a big hit with my grandson. Change the sound by pressing the buttons to see colored lights. It crapped out after two hours. It was heartbreaking to see the look on his face as he repeated the word "broken" in disappointment. It suddenly began to hum, and eventually the battery ran out and it died. You may attempt to repair it or disassemble it. Cheap and fragile garbage. Very disheartening. It's amazing that sells it!
