   It was very excited to receive this bicycle, but after assembly, I was frustrated that it was too short to me even with the highest settings. I am 6 ' 0, my husband is 6 ' 1, and we cannot use it. We have to disassemble it and pack it back to return. This is really annoying.

If not, this will be a difficult process -the details in the manual are not incredible, and the packaging of various nuts, screws and rings makes it difficult to separate the items. But its assembly speed is really fast, and it is very easy to operate -a wheel on one foot, you can roll on the folding wall, and a rotating button, which can be pulled out to change the position (folding, upright, lying down) Essence Very quiet and sensitive display screens can record pulse, display distance (only miles), calories and mileage tables.

   Two days later, the pedal fell. Is there any way to solve this problem? Intersection I am disappointed. I called and waited intermittently for 35 minutes. They helped me contact the seller. After telling her about what happened for 5 minutes, she almost didn't speak, and then said that I needed to let you wait a minute, and then hung up the phone.

   My complaint strictly targets sellers who do not include user manuals and descriptions. 's representative could not help me get assembly instructions. I was directed to a YouTube video 5 years ago, not the model I bought. It took me nearly two hours to complete the assembly, but I am sure that if there is a correct guidance, the assembly time will be less. My negative comments are strictly aimed at sellers and representatives, and they are really unwilling to help. In addition, I like my bicycle and think it is a great purchase.

   I am unable to use this product as it still has over 1000 pieces. Unfortunately, I don't know if there are any kind-hearted mechanics or engineers to assemble it< It is likely to be returned to obtain credit< I hope to get a picture to warn other unlucky buyers that they have spent money on this impossible to assemble chaos.

   I ordered this, thinking that I would be able to start indoor cycling, and then immediately moved from California to Oregon upon receiving it. I decided it was best to leave it in the box until I settled in (now the acceptable return date has passed), but found It doesn't have any hardware to assemble it. I am sure this will be a great product, but I am not sure because I am unable to combine my products together.
