    This is the worst steamer I have ever had so far. I don't know if mine is defective, but its sound is very loud, and no matter what angle you hold it from, it will spit water everywhere. I only have it for a few months, and over time it has gotten worse to the point where I can no longer use it unless I wait for my clothes to completely get wet and dry from it. At this price, you can get a better steamer.

Just for fun, I opened it and it was obviously used. It's also useless. Obviously, I returned the item, but I am very angry that they wasted my time by sending electronic waste.

I will use it on all my sweaters because I really dislike using an iron. If it gets hot, you can burn out the sweaters. I have done this before.

Pull it out for the second time today... it doesn't work! It opens and you can hear the sound, but it doesn't produce steam. What a disappointment! Of course, the return window has already passed, so I'm not lucky!
