    I bought the first pair (the same product, different colors) in a retail store, but one of the ear was broken three months later. Then I bought these pairs on . Four months later, they stopped discharging pairing with Bluetooth in the charging box, and the charging time would not exceed 10 minutes. I cleaned the shell and charging sensor, followed all the failure options of , and then proposed a warranty claim. I bought a new headset, and the right earplugs stopped working completely after six weeks. I tried all the restoration of factory settings and other fault exclusion options (and some online random options) on the website again. nothing. It's just junk products. It is also worth mentioning that when you propose a warranty claim, the replacement product does not belong to its own warranty range. When they inevitably fail, you must use the original purchase date.

    The only thing that can be taken is the physical design of the product, I like it very much. The headset box is equipped with an independent charging cable, and the headset itself is very comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, if the product does not work, the design is meaningless.

    I have used these earplugs for about 8 months, and they can only charge for 25 minutes at this time. I make them full and ensure that the charging box is fully charged, but in the past six months, the time between the two charging is steadily decreased. It was difficult to notice at first, because at first they lasted ~ 30 hours, but before the moths, they reached only two hours and then died on me. They only last for 25 minutes. Their price is good, really comfortable, and good sound quality, but a technology can only last 8 months, which is ridiculous. I have tried to clean the port and adjust the position of the earplugs in the charging box for charging and many other solutions. They just no longer charge.

    In a short period of time, it works well. The sound quality is very average, but my expectations for $ 20 are not high. The shape and shell are very good -comfortable and light. After using

    3 times a week, the left earbar died. No matter how many charging, resetting, and repairing it, it cannot be restored -it has no response to the pressure machine, nor does it display LED lights or signs of life.

    warranty support is not helpful, but reposted a instructions for how to reset the device (I have mentioned useless).
