I contacted the seller and they instructed us to hang it in different ways, but it still hasn't been successful. When we replaced it with Lowes' foam panel insulation material, it changed significantly, and it was also 20 dollars cheaper. Add stars to the manufacturer's reasonable response time. 0 stars available.

    3mm is not very thick. But don't let your appearance deceive you. Wow, this insulation effect left a deep impression on me. I need it to do a window communication project. I used three large pieces, cut them out, and placed them outside, in the middle, and inside the window. I must tell you, it works very well. It keeps the room cool and does not become super hot when the air conditioning is not turned on. This thing is like a charm. I recommend this to anyone who needs a project.

This thing is a very thin piece of tin foil or a thin bubble wrap. This is enough to cover my window facing south. One! Besides the incredible price, I don't understand why it's so expensive.

    California is experiencing another heatwave, so I purchased this product to help keep warm. I don't want to use aluminum foil on the windows, but I want something more practical and reusable after the summer ends. I already have blinds and room darkening insulation curtains. Although it does keep the house cool, one side of my house - a part of my kitchen and living room walls - is exposed to sunlight during the hottest time of the day. On an 80 degree day, the surface temperature of the wall is 130 degrees. Although the surface temperature is 130 degrees, the temperature of the insulated window is 74 degrees< The advantage of covering all windows the next day is that the temperature is 91 degrees and the air conditioning does not turn on until around 4 pm in the afternoon. Before that, it had been staying in the house under the age of 75. As you can see from one of the pictures, even when placed behind closed blinds and insulated curtains that darken the room, it still allows some light. But the room is still very dark< Disadvantage: The house is very dark, and my husband cannot see in the darkness. Now there is a legal reason to turn on all the lights - all day long, haha< Subtract one star, as the list shows that the product is 48 inches tall and 50 feet long. As you can see, its size is only slightly above 47 inches. I also saw another review about this on the rolls of different sizes they purchased. I'm not sure if it's exactly 50 feet long, as we don't need to use a whole roll of roll to cover all the windows. But please remember this when placing an order< I covered 7 windows, including 3 windows that are 70 inches long, 4 windows that are 46 inches long, and a whole sliding glass terrace door (92 inches long). If needed, there are still enough rolls available for use.

    I have bought this material several times already and I really like it! The last purchase was returned because they replaced the silver polyester film with cheap aluminum foil. Polyester film is non-conductive and will not oxidize in humid climates, while aluminum foil can, it is garbage. I waited for a few months and ordered again, but the same garbage came back. I am currently looking for a new supplier. Not cool, bait and switch products!! look out. In addition, polyester film is much tougher than aluminum foil.

This is really helpful because the New Orleans area has been too hot lately. My bill has dropped a bit, and since obtaining this product, the pressure on my unit has not been as great.     Yes, it can reflect light... but the foil is too thin, and even a little bit of light can pass through it. Its reflective properties are exactly what you are pursuing (no insulation value), so the reflectivity is about 95%. I have seen better ones.

Our home has a temperature range of 74 to 80 degrees Celsius between 2pm and sunset every day. Since placing it on the window, the temperature has not exceeded 70!!! I may distribute flyers!!! My home may look like a spaceship or something from Star Trek, but I can cook in the kitchen without sweating! And the central unit no longer operates day and night! The product width is 1 inch smaller than described, and there are no other complaints.

The room rises to 80 degrees without anything, and after covering them, it actually becomes hotter, reaching 82 degrees. Not recommended for window insulation. A large amount of light also passes through.

The garage is made of wood, so there are no steel plates. Cutting and assembling on the wall is very easy. We used to spray foam insulation material, and the effect was very good, as shown in the photo. The temperature used to be 106.7 C, but now the reading is 94.8 C. I will purchase more later to double the insulation effect.

If the window is your main heat source, the insulation effect is very good. If you are like me, the brick wall itself will become hot. This is an unsolvable problem (or you can cover the walls with insulation material like a madman). Either way, it's a great product. Food insulation material

    Be careful of holes, why? I don't know why, but they do exist. They are stupid and small, like pinholes scattered all over, which makes me very angry

I have researched it, although this product is very unique. It's not garbage< Easy to install: Question # 1 states that 2 volumes will cover 7x9 standard doors. It's too short, I have to buy the third volume I have also tried question # 2 and called the same order number as the customer service number. I called 6 times but still haven't received a reply Question # 3 I want to see the difference between using a hot temperature gun< The outer door is under 114 degrees of sunlight. There is no internal/external insulation layer, only 109 degrees on exposed metal. Now their insulation temperature is 107 degrees. I don't know what to do, but I could have used toilet paper as insulation material for better insulation. I want to take it off and get a refund. I think this is a cheap offshore product called Smart Shield. I foolishly believe these nonsense.

    My bedroom window facing west is exposed to sunlight all day long, and I feel very comfortable in my room during the summer. I placed a layer of this insulation material on the window, and my room immediately became much cooler! Order more rooms for other rooms as soon as possible!

    I use it to isolate the large window on our pop-up camping bed. I wish I could have done it earlier< It is easy to cut into sizes and can indeed cause significant changes immediately inside the camper van. It also looks cool and sparkling... I slid it between the zippered canvas and the mesh on each of the three large windows on each side. It not only keeps the interior cool, but also makes the bedroom darker - a win-win situation!

    It only takes a few minutes to install and is very easy to measure and cut the required panel size. We spent a very hot summer and our garage kept a few degrees cool. The weight is very light but effective, so it can complete the work well without increasing the pressure on the garage door and motor mechanism. It should also be able to keep the garage warm in winter. Good insulation. The remaining will be used for other projects, such as sunshades for the windshield when parking. recommend

    Used to cover the back of attic doors. Due to the thin material, do not assume that it helps with heat dissipation. Adhesion? What's that? These are not self-adhesive. I am using a stable gun. Let's see how it works next summer. The attic in Florida is like a damp desert!

    I opened the ceiling upstairs. It's getting very hot there. I installed a vanity mirror. My ceiling is sloping, so I have to expose the crawling space behind it. All the old insulation materials have fallen off. I'll temporarily hang up the mirror. The 9 square foot opening on the ceiling upstairs became very hot, and my air conditioner couldn't cool it down. I bought this insulation material. Put it up, wow, the heat is gone! Absolutely worth every penny.

    This is not foam packaging reflective waste, it is better foam insulation reflective material.

    I bought this and put it on the window of my camper van. I just cut it into a certain size and stuffed it behind the blinds that were already there. It stays in place on its own. I'm surprised how much heat it can block out of the camper van. My sister also left a deep impression on her and is buying some for her.

    Easy to cut, the foil will not peel off. The effect is very good. By the hot river, I opened all the fifth wheel windows. I'm not sure how much help it really is. 50' The 'x24' roll has rolled up all ten of my windows, leaving only a small piece.

    I have a camper van with a basin of windows. This is the perfect solution for cold nights. I cut squares with a knife, then put them into the window, close the window, and let it get stuck in the window frame. On cold nights (30 degrees Fahrenheit), it causes significant warming indoors. I will recommend this product to anyone who wishes to use it for this purpose. I put my hand on it, usually the cold window glass doesn't feel cold. It also doesn't allow too much light to pass through, so for my projector, it's great because it makes daytime use more efficient. Excellent product, strongly recommended. It is easy to roll up when not in use to minimize the space required for use.
