The chair is good for this money, but not suitable for tall and average people. I really don't like this method and hope they can improve my rating by solving my problems instead of hiding my complaints. From all the positive reviews, I really thought I got a poorly calibrated chair, and the lower back nodules were defective, which was unique to me But now I'm not quite sure. How many other critical comments are being suppressed in exchange for a small payment? My chair is working now, but without a lower back pillow, it still hurts and is not ideal, not only for me but also for anyone who tries it. I can't use it for a truly relaxing massage, but rather as a clumsy lounge chair that makes you a bit nervous< I finally contacted customer support through the contact seller option in my order. Although they are not in a hurry to return/refund, they do collaborate with me to obtain a new arm without any cost or return of defective parts.
