Tips for people who do not like the smell of fabrics: wipe with Lysol disinfectant and/or Febreze fabric spray. This will take care of the smell of the new chair.
1. The neck roller is not big enough to push the neck hard enough. I had to flip the neck support to the back of the chair for a stronger neck massage. Shoulder airbags are useless. The most annoying thing is the control function: once you open the chair, it will start cycling. For example, before starting the loop, the logic should leave 30 seconds. This provides users with some time to make changes, set manual preferences, and place their arms in the arm bag before the loop begins. Once the loop starts, you can't do this (especially by putting your arm in!!

I have owned this chair for almost a year now, and although I really like it, the seller attached a document to the chair stating that in order to receive good reviews, they will give away a massage gun After a year, there was nothing. In addition, the airbag on the right calf will not inflate correctly, it will not gradually fill up, and it looks more like a final puff. After about 6 months, the chair will roll up and down a lot.
This is very frustrating because we cannot safely test the massage chair. Spend a little more money elsewhere because this return policy seems to be troublesome as well.

Well, now let's review the chair itself:
1. For many Americans, this chair is too small. It says this chair is suitable for people who are 6 feet 1 inch tall and weigh no more than 400 pounds. I am 6 feet tall and weigh about 210 feet. I am not suitable, and I am even far from it. When I am in zero gravity mode, it feels like I am in some strange fetal position because the leg massager cannot stretch for someone with an internal seam of 32 inches. The chair is good for this money, but not suitable for tall and average people. The neck roller feels like a feather and hasn't really 'entered there'. I've tried sitting in different ways, but without luck. The filling on the headrest is insufficient. I'm 5 feet 9 feet tall and can feel the support of the chair being built. Someone (seller, manufacturer, or affiliated company) keeps sending me emails requesting me to delete my comment in exchange for an increasing number of gift cards (they stopped at a price of $50). I really don't like this method and hope they can improve my rating by solving my problems instead of hiding my complaints. From all the positive reviews, I really thought I got a poorly calibrated chair, and the lower back nodules were defective, which was unique to me But now I'm not quite sure. How many other critical comments are being suppressed in exchange for a small payment? My chair is working now, but without a lower back pillow, it still hurts and is not ideal, not only for me but also for anyone who tries it. I can't use it for a truly relaxing massage, but rather as a clumsy lounge chair that makes you a bit nervous< I finally contacted customer support through the contact seller option in my order. Although they are not in a hurry to return/refund, they do collaborate with me to obtain a new arm without any cost or return of defective parts. The new armrest has arrived, and it is actually connected correctly, making the chair usable. They also provided a small partial refund for my personal discomfort with this unit (apart from using the pillow I have been using, they did not offer any solution). Therefore, although I still consider this chair a bad purchase for myself, I have added one star to customer service. I still think the roller calibration on my device is incorrect, but at least now I can try some strategies to make it more comfortable, or find a new home for someone who doesn't mind extra low back/hip pressure< I am really looking forward to this chair. Delivery is easy, basic hoses and wire accessories are very simple, but from there on, the fun ends. The right arm does not have a well threaded receiver, so the bolt only enters a partial distance and has almost no support in the connection method, with one nail and one guide rail. But even if I can tolerate it, I still sit inside I have a high tolerance for pain and enjoy good deep tissue massage But the nodule at the bottom protrudes so badly that my coccyx is injured. I can only sit on them when I place the pillow in front of those nodules (or disable them in manual mode, but they still stretch out more than I think). Then, going up again, the top rollers hardly touched my neck, they were low and wide, and I used an old portable acupressure pad for a better neck massage. I do like zero gravity mode, if it has more padding/head support and I can easily stretch my legs beyond the foot massager, I don't mind just using it for napping. The airbags are also done very well, and I'm a bit surprised that they are my favorite chairs (but this may be because the wheels are too bad)< Overall, I cannot recommend this chair. I may have received a poorly calibrated device with poor quality control, but it is uncomfortable to turn on or off the power, and I cannot find any good adjustment or modification methods except for adding pillows.
