    I cannot figure out how high the evaluation of this product is. It should be beneficial for lateral sleepers, but as a lateral sleeper, I can tell you it's not. Before the first use, I used additional padding and loosened the pillow in the dryer, but there was no support. The filling is everywhere and easy to compress. This is the worst memory sponge pillow I have ever bought.

Do some research, some articles suggest that if you are a lateral sleeper, a too hard pillow may exert pressure on the ear canal, and that's how I am. This pillow is one of the three recommended pillows in the article. I realized that my memory sponge pillow is already very old and has become very hard, so I am planning to try some new things< Br>
    This pillow is equipped with an additional chopped memory sponge that can be easily opened to add or remove foam. I am a 5ft 4in woman. After trying as I was in the first week, I removed some foam. Now, this can easily become the most comfortable pillow I have ever used Absolute value for money< Because it is a shredded memory sponge, when you first lower your head, it starts to feel a bit like a fluffy down pillow. But the memory sponge began to play a role and provide strong support, with enough strength not to put pressure on the sides of my ears and head. Because the broken foam can be added or removed, it is easy to customize the fit and feel of the pillow to make it completely correct. My sleep has improved a lot, and (during this review) there were no dizziness issues when I flipped over< Br>
    What I want to say is that my husband likes a very strong pillow (pronounced "hard") and has not yet adapted to his pillow, but plans to remove more foam to see if he can adapt. He did admit that when he sat in bed, he really enjoyed the support of the pillow. However, for me, this pillow changed the rules of the game!

My husband and I both agree that these are the most comfortable pillows we have ever used. Due to the type of materials used and the washable outer cover, I hope they can also last for a long time. There is extra padding on the pillow, and after sleeping on it the first night, we feel like we don't need it, so we will stick to it in case we need to add a little charm in the future.

    I have a lot of neck problems, and this pillow has been a big help. I have a neck contour pillow and often wake up with sore neck and shoulders. I have decided to spend more money to solve this problem. I have tried many different pillows. This is the first one I have that allows me to adjust it to fit my person. It changed the way I woke up. Headache has also decreased significantly. Every once in a while, my neck stiffens due to strange sleeping or anything else, but compared to almost every day, this pillow is really amazing.

This pillow is much better than the basic pillow I have used before, and I think it is better than most hotel pillows I have slept with. I'm sleeping like a baby now< This pillow feels like marshmallows. It is very soft, but has a certain hardness. After opening the packaging, it quickly expands without any unpleasant odor. Although it is a large-sized pillow, I still choose to use an extra large pillowcase, which fits well< As someone who underwent artificial disc replacement surgery on my neck ten years ago, I am particularly picky about pillows. Initially, considering my 5 foot 6 inch figure and narrow shoulders, I held a reserved attitude towards the height of the pillow. However, after using it for a few weeks without changing the filling, I found it highly satisfactory< Unfortunately, with the passage of time, a problem has arisen - pillows are prone to generating too much heat, especially around my head and neck at night. Despite having other advantages, this discomfort ultimately led me to decide to return the product.
