    This pillow is fantastic. I had severe neck pain when adapting to the new mattress, so I bought this on a whim. This is a savior. I will put all the extra fillers into it to get the maximum volume, but if you don't like sleeping on your side, you can take out some and make it smaller. 10/10!!!!!

    I am the idiot who missed 100 days to return this pillow, but I really believe I will learn to love it. I added fuzz, removed fuzz, tried different pillowcases, and adjusted the fuzz again. No matter what I do, this pillow feels like sleeping on cement. I hate it. It is now a part of the pillow cemetery with 7 pillows that I don't like. It seems like this could be my problem, once again

    As someone who sleeps on my stomach, I am very particular about the density, support, softness, and breathability of pillows, which is why it is unusual for me to blindly purchase pillows online. I am the kind of person who needs to squeeze and grip each pillow in the store to test its feasibility. The risk I took was due to video comments while researching new pillow competitors. This is my first time purchasing a pillow online, and my reaction below is genuine< When I said this was the best pillow I had ever used, I didn't exaggerate. It lives up to all its hype, and then some. Ready to use out of the box, in a flat and just unfolded state, I have already seen potential. The detachable shell feels layered and soft like a dough. This material is soft and smooth, not cheap, and may be abrasive or starchy, which may cause discomfort to the skin. On the contrary, its touch is amazing, and more importantly, its cheeks< I haven't used the laundry facilities in our apartment yet, so it fluffed halfway in an hour. I made it more fluffy and then put them in the dryer for ten minutes. I can't believe they've become so fluffy. They are strong and heavy, but also very soft< We purchased two pillows, but I also purchased an additional shell because I knew I would remove a considerable amount of filling fluff, as I am a person sleeping on my stomach and we need less volume. However, my partner is lying on their side/back without adjusting any padding, absolutely satisfied. I took two extra plush reward rolls from the original pillow and added about 35-40% plush, and made a brand new pillow with the extra shell. Strangely, this is my favorite pillow, and I will tell you why< On the first night, we placed pillow protectors on the new Coop pillows, followed by pillowcases. We noticed that the pillows were not as good as when they first came out of the dryer. I realized what was causing it: the external pillow protective cover compressed the pillow, making it hard and filled with air, like two swollen, merciless balloons. The purchased pillow comes with an internal pillow protector that can accommodate all the fluff, which is obviously the only protective cover you need (the shell and pillow are washable). The Franken pillow I made with extra fuzz doesn't have these pillows because I don't know the inner shell< Once we remove the external protective device (of course, but keep the pillowcase), the pillow becomes perfect and soft, oh, soft again. Since then, we have preserved them in this way. My Franken pillow is softer than the pillow I purchased because it doesn't have an inner shell to hold the internal organs together. I must buy one so that I can clean these when needed, but now I am enjoying its luxurious indulgence< If you are hesitant about purchasing one for yourself, I would say, please act with caution. Put down your hands, these are the best pillows I have ever used. Throughout my long life and travels, I have used many, many pillows.

The pillow I ordered from Coop Home Goods was not the most suitable pillow for my situation, and by the time I found out, the 30 day warranty had ended. I called them and they immediately refunded me, "Of course we will solve this problem. What else can you ask?"?

When I first received it, I felt it was a bit hard, so I removed some filling. I recently found that it's too soft now, so I can add some filling inside. Great features. If I need another pillow, I will purchase it again.

    I absolutely like this pillow. After searching for something similar for a while, I was able to find a very soft and comfortable Coop pillow. As a side sleeper, I am able to eliminate two old pillows for this pillow, which is very soft and comfortable for me. Another thing I like is that when the pillow starts to flatten - quickly thrown into the dryer, it becomes fluffy again. Due to its additional padding, the pillow is versatile and durable.

    I am 80% lateral and 20% supine. I thought I only needed to perform spinal massage adjustments or massages because I was under pressure from my neck and shoulders, so I almost endured the pain. I wake up 6-10 times a night tossing and turning, and finally realize that this is due to the neck and shoulder pain I have experienced at night, which is not uncommon. I bought several different pillows, some so-called "cervical" pillows actually make the pain more severe. This pillow was sent by heaven! On the first night, it was a bit high, so I took out about 3 memory sponge fillers. Since then, I may wake up to use the restroom once a night, and the pain I have experienced over the years has now disappeared! No more tense shoulder mussels, painful shoulders, or restless sleep. I know this pillow is expensive, but it's worth every penny or even more!

    Over the years, I have purchased over 30 pillows in search of pillows that can help alleviate neck and shoulder discomfort. I finally found my winner! This pillow is soft and comfortable. It perfectly supports my neck. Adjustable factors are difficult to defeat. I have almost 6 months of time, and it can be said that it is now as good as the first week I had it.

    I am very sensitive to pillows. I must say, I have never had a better pillow than this, even close to this pillow. The comfort level is better than usual. Very comfortable upon delivery But it can be easily changed to be stronger or softer immediately. It's easy to add more filling And include sufficient amount. If fewer fillings are chosen, it is easy to remove. Another advantage is that over time, pillows usually become harder and more uncomfortable. Of course, this pillow may or may not experience this situation However, if it does bring back something brand new, then it should be easy and already include the required content. I am grateful to this company. good night!!!

    This is a long-term review of pillows for 9+months. I purchased it in August 2023 and released it in June 2024, so the pillow has been around for almost a whole year. This is the best pillow I have ever used. When I ordered it, I was unwilling to spend $75 on a pillow, but since then I have ordered a pillow for my wife and plan to buy one for my family this Christmas. Every person I have met who has tried this pillow has left a deep impression and wants to know where to buy one< In fact, if you have only used cheap pillows before, it is difficult to describe how comfortable this pillow is. I know it doesn't seem worth $75, but it's definitely worth it. In a week, you will regret not buying it earlier< The pillow is very customizable and comes with additional fluff, which you can add as needed. I am a lateral sleeper, so removing a little fluff from the pillow actually works better for me. Once you do it right, this is the best sleep of your life.

    I bought many, many different pillows, looking for a pillow that won't wake me up due to a stiff neck. I spend most of my time sleeping on my side, and my arms have a separate crescent shaped pillow, so they won't fall asleep. So, after sleeping with this new pillow for the first night, I was surprised that I didn't wake up because my neck was stiff or I tossed and turned because my arms would fall asleep. There are many pillows on the market that have not been made as advertised. So, to my great surprise, Coop pillow did it! Every penny is worth it!
