This pillow lost its volume within two weeks and the quality is different from previous pillows. I am very disappointed, especially with this brand and price. I would like to return it

    I am on my second Coop pillow. Finding the right pillow is really a challenge! I have tried many times! I am a lateral sleeper, sometimes lying on my back. The first one is Eden, and now I am trying the original version. My ears are still very sensitive, so I happened to find a quilted pillowcase< Madison Park King Pillow Case Puffy Pillow Protector Overfilled High Desity Fill Pillow Case, 3D Quilted Superfine Fiber Fluffy Pillow Case, Zipper Open to Keep Fluffy, Extra Large, White 1-Piece Set. I have to take out more filling from the pillow to put it into the box. What a game changer! It really gave me an extra plush feeling. I suggest trying using chicken coop pillows. I hope this will be helpful.

At that time, the extra large size was $65. Fall in love with it! Since then, as a family doctor, I have recommended it to many of my patients. Unfortunately, its cost is higher:

    The only reason for receiving an extra star is due to their excellent 100 day return policy< I purchased two regular extra large pillows in early April, hoping for a miracle. In fact, the opposite is true. When I first saw them taken out of the packaging, I was very excited. They look fluffy, just like all my pain and worries will be washed away. To be honest, when I first lay on them, I knew they were terrible, but I gave them time because you never knew. Also, I haven't adapted yet, maybe I'm still used to the last pillow. I have tried everything about this pillow, from overfilling to underfilling and everything in between. I even rolled up a towel and placed it under my neck to support it. There is no effect. My neck and back are hurting more than ever before. Last night was the last straw. I tried sleeping on another family member's bed to see if it was my bed. My God, I have the most severe pain in history. My bed covers up the fact that this pillow is so bad for me. I even tried every different sleeping position I could think of, and used extra pillows to support it. I am in so much pain that I don't even want to go out to work today. I am lying down now, with a heating pad on my neck and a heating pad on my back. All these positive reviews about your pillow are not only because there is someone in this house who doesn't like them, but also because they don't like my fianc . We all feel that they are too difficult. IMO doesn't shape my head, all the torn fragments are piled up on the top and sides. Whether I put my head on a pillow and then press down a pile of necks to support my neck, I always wake up with my neck bent forward. Now, for Pete's sake, I am looking for any pillow that doesn't hurt. To be honest, it's really frustrating. So far, the best pillow I have ever bought is in Wal Mart. I don't remember this brand, and they don't sell any more* Ah * At least my return request has been included.

    I have been buying pillows for over a year now. I am a lateral sleeper, and this pillow is everything it promotes. My neck and shoulder pain has disappeared. This is the perfect softness and tightness you need! I like it when you can adjust the quantity of materials to customize it for your comfort! Since I bought it, I have been sleeping soundlessly! I will recommend this pillow over and over again, it's worth it!

    I have bought this pillow several times before. I recently purchased it to replace a nearly 3 1/2 year old one. Unfortunately, this will be my last purchase as they are not as good as before. The filling is different, much softer. I have added all the extra padding to the pillow, but it is still too soft and thin. I may return to using my old pillow and make it look brand new by adding some padding from the new pillow. Disappointed, I will have to look for a new brand as it has been my top choice for the past 7+years.

    I just received my side pillow today. So far, it has been very comfortable. I haven't added any extra fuzz yet. The box contains instructions and suggestions on how much fuzz to add based on your sleeping habits. So far, the only flaw is that it smells strange, almost like paint. I hope this situation will disappear.
