It is so quiet and fast that my dog won't escape it, nor will they feel the capture/vibration sensation brought by the low-speed Dremel. It can fully polish the small nails of my Border Collie and the thicker nails of my Great Pyrenees hybrid dog. The best product I've ever bought, it's cheaper than all the other solutions I've tried!     This grinder is much more powerful than other cheaper models I have used before. Each claw only takes about two minutes to polish off the nails. (I have a big dog, so I'm not talking about Chiweenie's size.) However, because the speed is too fast, you need to be careful and observe carefully to avoid nails falling too far. This is ouchie. I like it to have a built-in flashlight - it makes it easier for you to see what you are doing. Every time I give my dog paws, I give them some snacks, and now they push each other away to see who goes first.

This is quite impressive. My dog is not afraid of it at all, it just asks me to do what I need to do. I don't like spending over $1000 to get my dog's nails trimmed properly< So what you need to do is to grind them as much as possible once a week, because you feel it can be done quickly.     This is definitely the best pet nail grinder I have ever used, and I have tried many types. I have a Dremel, and my dog hates it. It has two or three PediPaws, which is the best I have ever used before. There is also a Hertzko, which is quiet and decent, but very slow. I have a Shih Tzu. In the past, when we were doing nails, it was like a small animal rodeo. I have been derelict in my duties and haven't dealt with this job for too long, so I have long nails to compete with. This unit completed two dogs in 1/10 of the time, and my dog could even accept me as the front paw, which was absolutely exhausting. If it stops working, I will immediately get someone who likes it. My dog and I are both relaxed and happy, and I hope I found it a few years ago. I only went to the second setting for speed, and I can see the nails falling off. This is really great. I am no longer afraid of having to do this. If I tell them that I am making their paws, my dog will not run away from me either: -)

    So, this thing initially worked very well. But after 2 months of regular use/charging, it lost its charm. Applying slight pressure to my GSD nails will slow down the speed and darken the light. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend long-term use. This is too bad because the noise level won't disturb my dog. He quickly got used to it and disliked fast boats.

The nail grinder I used to use had a lot of noise, vibration, and high cost. After each use, I had to replace the polishing disc/pad and didn't have enough power to continue rotating to grind my dog with enough force; A huge nail after having one or two feet made< This nail grinder is excellent in all aspects - for the following reasons: 1 It's very quiet - to be honest, the grinder makes a quiet buzzing/whirring sound, which my dog basically ignores. My big dog is very sensitive to sound, and when I turn on other grinders, it always shrinks and becomes anxious. This is too quiet, I am considering using it on my little parrot's paw< 2. No vibration and minimal heat - other nail polish machines I have used in the past have vibrated a lot! So much so that my sensitive dog would shrink every time the grinder touched his nails, even if they didn't cause him any pain. In addition, grinding wheels often slightly "grab" their nails, which makes them even more shocked. In fact, the grinding wheel must be constantly replaced and generate so much heat, which is also very annoying. The grinding wheel on this device does not need to be replaced, rotates stably, and can smoothly scrape off multiple layers of nails without getting stuck. Then polish her nails. She doesn't like it, but she's not surprised. Using it is more confident than using metal manual nail clippers. They used to scare me that I would cut too much.     This grinder is so quiet, I'm really surprised! My dog only took a few minutes to adapt, but once it feels comfortable, they let me procrastinate. This does take some time, even if I have a small (8-pound) dog (think of yourself cutting off long nails with a nail file). But the risk is much better than using a regular fast boat to cut off fast hair. I like universal chargers.
