How to use Fibevon cotton candy machine:

1. Before operating, always remember to review the included Instruction Manual.

 

2. Turn the machine ON and allow it to warm-up for 2 to 3 minutes – Do not overheat.

 

3. Turn the machine OFF and allow time for the floss head to stop spinning.

 

4. Use the included sugar scoop to add 1 scoop of sugar to the floss head – Do not overfill.

 

5. Turn the machine back ON and allow 30-45 seconds for the cotton candy to begin collecting inside of the floss bowl.

 

6. When the cotton candy web begins to form, hold a paper cone horizontally to collect the cotton candy on the cone. Continuously, rotate the cone with your fingers while moving the cone horizontally, back and forth above the floss head.

 

7. After a few layers have produced onto the cone, hold the cone above the floss head and continue rotating with your fingertips.

 

8. When the cotton candy stops collecting inside of the floss bowl, turn the machine OFF.

 

9. To make a serving, add sugar to the floss head and continue to build your fluffy treat. Always remember to turn the machine OFF before adding sugar to the floss head.

    Easy to clean, just hand wash, but the middle part is difficult to remove. Although Nostagia suggested using floss sugar not to work, I tried using only floss sugar. After half an hour, there was no ribbon, and you needed to use hard sugar. Even if you do, it doesn't seem like soft cotton candy. It hardens in your mouth and is unpleasant, but it tastes good. I heard it can cause a fire, and I hope I will never catch one. To be honest, I would rather only buy 4/10 cotton candy ?????

Despite some attempts and mistakes, she can now effortlessly make large and fluffy cotton candy balls. Once the flow cycle begins, it will make noise and immediately start smoking. You can smell the smell of electronic components burning. I unplugged it and brought it outside. Put it in the chocolate box and return it as it is. If I could give this sporadic item, I would.

    This machine works exactly as advertised and does what it should do very well. I have encountered a small problem where I have to deal with customer service and send multiple messages to several different customer service representatives multiple times. I'm not sure how their business operates, but I don't think they have information available for all representatives to view in one database, so it's a bit tiring. I may not purchase products manufactured by Nostalgia anymore, but they run well - just don't let anything damage them, as you will spend a lot of time dealing with customer service

    I read the comments before making the purchase, but still purchased the product, hoping that I could become one of the many people who seemed to have no problems, but my hope was in vain. I ordered two for my daughter's graduation party. As shown in the figure, both have loose bolts. I tried to reconnect the bolts by opening the device, but was unable to install them into the casing. Due to the lack of bolts, the equipment will shake during operation. I will contact the manufacturer, but be aware that if you purchase one of them, you will need enough time to repair them before they can truly function properly.

    My 10-year-old niece is very fascinated by this machine. She ran it all night and early the next morning. It is very easy to use and easy to clean, but it does leave sugar residue on the counter and cabinet. As others pointed out, the large plastic cone that came with it was too large, so we used chopsticks, wooden spoons, and finally used paper straws from the one yuan store. Hard candy works pretty well (I'm sure it depends on the type of candy, we use crushed bullets and dummies), but marshmallows work the best. Highly recommended.

The weather was very hot, but all we did was turn the floss into a burnt substance. Fast forward, we made some adjustments to the extractor to make it truly rotate. Everything is fine, isn't it? No. That thing began to produce flames. Literal flames. To be honest, I hope we recorded a video. This thing is waiting for an opportunity to burn down a house.     I like the style and appearance of this device. I don't like the time it takes to make two complete cotton candy cones. It can indeed make great marshmallows! The taste is like a market!! I'm in love!! I just don't like using it at children's parties, and I actually only got one child Randomly sized machines begin to sway in the outdoor wind, so I completely recommend using them only indoors or not on windy days It only takes one spoonful to spit out candy, so using only one spoonful won't affect it! But in summary! For family use... great, but still need to wait for four to be made... before the next one is served, each one will disappear... If you want to attend a party, definitely make it in advance! I think I will return it for a heavier one, cover it with more sugar, and make more at once!

    This is not a mass production machine, but it's fun to make small Dim sum with your family. It takes some practice to figure out how to use it well. We found that putting a few Jolly Ranchers into the hopper worked very well and the taste was very strong. The sugar we use is milder and less prone to spinning cotton. We have been doing this for over a year now, and we still enjoy it!

It won't maintain adhesion, it's the most important button when making marshmallows. The lid is made of plastic and is easy to break. The body is very thin, so care must be taken when placing and removing it in a box or transporting it from one place to another. The rotator is not easy to clean. I do not recommend the selling price of this product.

    Feeling nervous about many negative reviews, especially the recent ones, I carefully organized them, read the instructions, and watched some YouTube videos about cotton candy machines. After completing the first batch, my overall opinion is that it is a great small device. I effortlessly used it, waiting for a full 10 minutes to heat it up before using it, and using separately purchased marshmallows (the device does not come with any sugar). It can rotate into floss in about a minute and is relatively easy to rotate onto a cone (with floss sugar) or onto the straws/chopsticks around us. We made about 6 batches, including about one tablespoon of sugar (the maximum sugar content per unit), which were quickly consumed (faster than I could make them)< I left it outside because the comment said that sugar was sprayed 4 feet in all directions. I didn't even notice any sugar spraying out. I will try my next batch inside. However, I did find that approximately 25% -50% of the sugar in this batch did not enter the floss, but was thrown into the circular bowl wall in the form of small particles (at the position of the rotating disk). Later on, I collected it (the fragments were easily broken) and tried to put a few large fragments into it to melt again and reduce waste. It turns out that this is not a good idea because the weight distribution of rotating disks is uneven. The solution is to first compress the hard candy into small pieces, so that it will spin out more evenly. I will try again next time< Due to a strange rotation, I stopped the machine and allowed it to cool down. The sugar in my head has hardened inside, looking like a dirty and messy mess that needs to be cleaned. The good news is that it is sugar, so it dissolves in water. After cooling for 20 minutes, I took off my head and rinsed it with hot water to dissolve all the hardened sugar inside. It took me 10 to 15 minutes to fully understand it, so I won't be in a hurry to reproduce that situation. But all in all, it's easy to clean and looks like new again< In short, it can accomplish what it should do (making delicious marshmallows), and is easy to set up, use, and clean. 5 stars. As long as you know it's in small batches, if you have a group of children/people who want to eat it, you may need to make some in advance.

    Is this machine small and cute Yes Is it easy to use That's right. Will you encounter any issues with this machine Sadly, it's also true! Sugar cubes stick to metal parts and plastic sides. The plastic side is easy to clean. The metal part of the machine is not easy to keep clean. The machine manual and this list indicate that it can use hard candy to make marshmallows. However, it can be quite tricky to do. This melted hard candy is the raw material for most candies that harden on machines. Once you clean the parts of the machine and pour or put in hard candy, it will start to leak. Most of the hard candy leaks and hardens onto the metal, leaking into the machine. I will stay away from any cheaper machines and look for more expensive ones. I did read the comments and still gave this machine a chance. In my opinion, even though this machine has a lower price compared to other machines, it is still far from worth it. We only used this machine for a week before encountering problems. This is not good!
