    We ordered this for my 7-year-old son. He is glad to have it. On the day it appeared, he turned it on and plugged it in, turned on the switch, and waited for it to light up. Nothing happened. He tapped it in different places to see if it was helpful, but it didn't help at all. The size of the ball is smaller than we imagined, but the dragon body around it is cool. The box says that if there are any issues, you can contact the company, but there is no email address, phone number, or website, so we have decided to return the item. We will search for another cool and possibly larger plasma sphere.

    Considering the cost I have paid for this, I would like to suggest one thing to anyone interested in plasma ball decorations: the voltage or wattage of those powered by USB ports is too low to make most people like their plasma balls. Always choose a power source that plugs directly into the wall.
