    I made a sunshade with PVC pipe and hung it on top to prevent heat from escaping from the large window of the camper van. I don't want to cover the window, so I think the sunshade is the second best< It has made a huge difference! It is not only exposed to direct sunlight and high temperatures, but also beaten by squirrels and bird droppings. It has been maintained very well. Once it becomes cool, I will take it off, but I will rebuild and use this product to create a complete camper van roof cover and sunshade for all windows. I don't care what it looks like, because it withstands external elements and retains a lot of heat< I compared it to 90% of sunshades, which do not squat to block heat< I plan to purchase more soon. Highly recommended. Very suitable for campers, shacks, and small houses.

    I use this material to insulate the battery of my electric bicycle and the handmade chloroprene rubber sleeve. It works so well that I hardly need to use my battery heating pad in cold weather. For example, I rode for two hours at 10F and my battery temperature probe remained at room temperature. I am very satisfied with these things.

    I installed this insulation material on the west facing glass sliding door on the third floor of the apartment, as the summer heat can beat against the room. When the ambient temperature reaches 95F, the room usually reaches 100F. The insulation material now keeps the room below 90F (up to 88F), so it does provide some protection. I think another heat leak comes from other smaller windows and the general wall temperature. It's not bad to spend too much money.
